“Service, Sun and Style”
Reviewed November 6, 2013

My husband and I visited Innisbrook for our 10th wedding Anniversary in April.
As we drove in we were impressed by the gardens and lushness of the landscape.
Entering the lobby to check in, we were welcomed with open arms and absolutely awesome customer service which continued throughout our entire 5 day stay.
Truly exceptional customer service at every single turn.
We loved the food in all the establishments. LOVED Packards steak house (exceptional service, wine menu and food) and dining on the deck fireside with live music at the main clubhouse and restaurant.

I won't even get in to the golf courses! A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.

The exterior of the buildings are a little "meh" but inside ours was updated, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on our patio prior to dinner and even brought take in, cooked the occasional breakfast.

We really enjoyed the spa but would have liked it more if we were told in advance it was ours to use for the day to relax and enjoy and had added some time in to our plan for that as the facility is lovely.
We had pedicures and the only part I didn't like (although the actual pedicure was fab) is that the setting is in the same area as the hair salon part so it isn't as relaxing as it could be as there is other stuff going on.

I'd highly recommend staying at Innisbrook and even recommended my company look in to putting it on the list for holding a conference there in 2015.

This resort is a large property and is known for great golf. The room was spacious and the property was gorgeous. I did not have a lot of time to explore the restaurants, the spa or the pool since this was a work function. However, the food that was served during lunches and dinner was great.

The only con about this property is that there were no elevators so you had to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs if you were not on the first floor.

Overall, this was a peaceful and great stay.

Room Tip: Room Tip: Request a room on the first floor if you have trouble hiking up a flight of stairs since t...

We are glad you had an opportunity to visit us for a work function. We do pride ourselves on our golf courses but indeed have a lot more amenities to offer our guests as well. We are delighted you enjoyed the food at your banquet functions. We also appreciate the tip you left for other travelers in regards to rooms on the first floor. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the near future.

Beautiful resort. We got a suite and it was fabulous. The rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen, including a range! The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort. The clubhouse was a great place to grab a drink or even a meal. There was a fire pit outside that was very nice. Didn't eat, but the food at the table next to us looked good.

Let me start off by saying I loved Innisbruck. That being said the rooms need updating. The rooms are dated and there is a giant useless table in the middle of the room instead of a coffee table or extra chair. But the rooms are fine for the price I paid in the off season. If you pay full price you may be disappointed. The grounds, the golf course, the spa and all the pools more than make up for any room deficiency. We had a grand time at the restaurant and at all of the pools. We rode bikes and played golf and used the driving range. The place is lovely, well maintained and very enjoyable. The staff is ready to help at a moment’s notice and were all uberfriendly. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who can stay in the off season because the amenities make up for the rooms.

Room Tip: I stayed in Dublin on the second floor and loved the balcony and full kitchen.

Made this trip last minute for my wife and I to spend a 3 nights close by and play golf. The room I picked (executive King) was actually very nice. It looked newly renovated with a great bed and nice touches throughout. Too bad the bathroom was so small, but everything else was first class. Unfortunately the golf course we played were not first class. We played the Osprey North and South courses, primarily because of maintenance issues on the Copperhead and Island courses. While these 2 courses were not the premium courses I did not expect the poor conditions that we got. WEEDS everywhere. The majority of the tee boxes looked like they had not been mowed in days, and fairways were spongy. Bunkers were well cared for and the greens were ok but a bit inconsistent. The layouts were good and especially interesting on the North course. My wife and I had wanted to try the Copperhead and Island courses someday, but given the issues on the 2 courses we played, we will not risk the price. Everything from newspapers to food was a bit out of line in pricing. Packards Steakhouse was more expensive than Bern's (famous Tampa Steakhouse) and my wife had to pay $2.00 for a USA today newspaper. The newspaper is a small thing but sets the tone for all other price experiences.

Room Tip: Move up to at least an executive King. Rooms are spacious and worth the extra. Make sure to ask for...

Thank you so much for choosing Innisbrook for a last minute trip with you and your wife. We are delighted that you liked the room you had and have shared your comments with others. We do apologize for the course conditions that you and your wife experienced while you were here. While this is the time of year that we provide maintance to our golf courses, it by no means is an excuse for not having the courses you did play in a better condition than you and your wife experienced. We do hope that you do come back to visit us and get a chance to experience Island and Copperhead golf courses at some point.

We ahve stayed at the Innisbrook Resort may ties and are always pleased with the accommodations, amenities and beautiful grounds. We had a corner room with a huge balcony and watched he sunrise overlooking the golf course. The rooms, although a bit retro, are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The tram service is convenient getting around and the golf facilties are first rate. We love this place, just wish we could spend more time there!

Room Tip: We requested a two bedroom suite with a balcony. It was perfect!
