“Wonderful Old Florida Experience”
Reviewed February 9, 2011

This old 1930's Coquina motel was like going back in time. We are already planning a
return trip in April this year. It is away from all the commercial trappings of Daytona Beach, St Augustine, etc. and another unspoiled beach, Flagler is only 9 miles away.
This motel was comfortable, affordable and friendly to all. Really loved the older Coquina
rooms, but newer suites are available if that is not your thing.
We had a wonderful time and loved everything about it. Wow.

We stayed one night in Palm Coast villas and were impressed with the size and character of the accommodations ... very quiet and restful. Short walking access to the ocean is also a plus, highly recommend this place.

For starters, we found the Villas completely by pure accident several months ago, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. It is our favorite monthly kid-free getaway spot after visits to St. Augustine and Savannah, as well as staying in our local area (we're from Jacksonville). It is very quaint, quiet, cozy, and relaxing. You need not worry about the late-night annoyances of booming car stereos or loud, obnoxious, hard drinkers/partiers. About a five minute walk down a beautiful nature trail puts you on a sandy access to the intracoastal waterway, and while small, it is perfect for setting up your lounge chairs and watching the sunset. Next door is a gas station with a Subway, and just down the road is JT's Seafood Shack, a moderately priced local restaurant, as well as a Publix. Anything else you may want or need is within a fifteen minute drive either north or south. We would highly recommend Palm Coast Villas as your next getaway!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa when I came to Palm Coast to attend a wedding from Augusta, GA.

There are NOT ENOUGH words you can use to describe the experience you will find. Close to everything you need to ensure your time there is wonderful.

The staff that included Betsy the dog were great! I able to wake up to laughter coming from outside my room and the dog to greet me as she waited for another biscuit!

I do look forward to going back and making this my new place to come 'extended home'!

The rooms are very clean with a 'jump start' breakfast waiting for you each morning...

Stayed a week at these cottages/apartments and received a great discount for the seven
day stay, plus, the AAA discount. These units are made of coquina shells inside and out...
absolutely beautiful....owners work hard to please their guests....their dog Betsy is a gem.... very clean accomodations, along with the basic mini-kitchen.....you will need to
provide your own cooking/eating items.....good housekeeping services....new Publix
grocery across the street, along with a full service gas station next door....nice rural area....located north of Flagler Beach, a great ocean beach town....go a mile up the
road to a county park on the intercoastal...will stay here again!

My husband and I traveled down to the area for the first time, visiting family. We stayed in one of the rock rooms, which was recently renovated. The room was exceptionally clean with updated furnishings and a very comfortable bed and pillows.
The website didn't mention that a wall-mounted hair dryer, clothes iron and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap) are also included in the room. The bath towels are ample in size and very soft. Although the pool isn't fancy, it was super-clean and we really enjoyed taking a dip in the evening, after being out all day. Even though the site is located on the A1A highway, it is set back from the road a bit, allowing for a very quiet and relaxing experience. The grounds are very well maintained and quite pretty. Palm Coast Villas is a great value for your money, and we will definitely be returning in the future!
