“This is the best kept secret/value you'll find!”

We have stayed in many places over the years in our travels as a family. We've done timeshares, the big name hotels, and the "mom & pop" places. We have found good and bad in each of these categories. The truth is, we look for something unique to each area where we travel and have found that you find that in the local "mom & pop" places.

The Seaspray Inn was exactly what we were looking for. The price was better than we would've paid at a big name place (especially being as close to "right on the beach" as you can be) but the rooms were just the same as any place else. Our room opened directly onto the large patio with a pool on the end. And walking across a small parking lot to the boardwalk, we were on the beach.

The restaurant serves a very nice breakfast w/a view of the ocean that just adds that much to the value of the place! We didn't eat any other meals there as we were out everyday in different activities.

The staff was nice enough and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to this area.

Nice friendly staff at check in and out. Large clean room with beautiful view. This hotel is a bit dated but very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again. No frills, but definitely recommend this property for the money.

I went to the Internet to find a nice hotel for my husband and I to stay at Palm Beach Shores, Florida. I came across pictures of THE SEASPRAY INN BEACH RESORT. I checked out the rates and aminities the hotel had to offer and thought this would be a nice place to stay for the week. When we arrived I cannot tell you what a horrible shock it was to find that the hotel was not what was pictured on the internet and come to find out neither where the rates or the aminities. My husband and I looked at the room we were to stay in (OH MY!!) We got back in the car and went to a coupleof other hotels only to find they were booked up for the week. After driving for over eight hundred miles to get to Palm Beach Shores we were to tired to fight any more so we went back to the SEASPRAY INN and checked in. I have to tell anyone who is thinking of staying here that this place is old , outdated, the hallway smells, and it just does not feel clean. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

Hotel needs updating. Good location but the service aand the staff were the rudest I have even seen. From the clerk in the lobby to the waitress in the restaurant plain rude. our water pitcher had a roach in it, the drain in the shower was clogged, the staff wouldn't try to accomodate you because they all seem to hate their jobs.
I have never had such a bad experience even staying at Motel 8

I had been visiting the area all of my life and my daughter and I made reservations at another hotel for our vacation one year. We had three very bad experiences at different hotels, so ended up at the Sea Spray Inn. We were thrilled, as the rooms were so clean and pleasant. It was very quiet and tranquil and right on the ocean. The view was exquisite! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was wonderful, as well as had a beautiful view of the water! It had a lovely pool and tiki bar where we could just relax and soak up the sun all day. We have spent many vacations and weekends there over the years and most of the best times of my life have been spent there. It is a no big frills hotel, but has everything anyone would possibly want nearby. There is a small ocean mall within walking distance and a beautiful marina with fabulous restaurant and shop down the street. There is nightlife in the area also. I love the place more than I can possibly say.

I visited this property on labor day weekend. It was my 1st trip to Singer Island. The property sits right on the beach. It is a great location. However you get what you pay for. There are no bells and whistles with this property. The hotel has a 1970's feel to it. The lobby, hallways, and rooftop restaurant all need to be remodeled. The room was large. Had the king size bed room. The room was clean, but again old furniture. The roof top restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch only. The owner discontinued the best western franchise. There is a pool on the property but it is very small. This is more of a motel. The food in the restaurant is good. I only ate breakfast there. Most of the guest including myself hung out at the Palm Beach Shores resort which is 1.5 block up the street. This motel is perfect if you plan on being at the beach all day. If you are looking for ammenities then this is not the place for you. However the view from the room and roof top restaurant is beautiful. Singer Island's night life is slow. I hope this will help for the next person. This property is the cheapest place on the beach that you can stay. Again it's just location. Keep that in mind. This motel compares to a red roof inn.

We needed a quick getaway and stayed here for two wonderful nights. The place does indeed need a bit of updating but if you look past that it's clean, bright, wonderfully priced, on the beach, large rooms, with a wonderful large pool......it's all you need to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast/lunch restaurant was yummy....down-home and delishous and filling. We LOVED our waitress Cheryl. Ask her about where to go and what to do while you are visiting. She is very knowlageable and super sweet. We are already planning our next getaway for more of the same.
