“Another great get-away at the Four Seasons Palm Beach.”
Reviewed December 11, 2013

My wife and I went for a long weekend at the Four Seasons Palm Beach after having been there last year. We enjoyed the prior experience so much that we booked ahead to come back this year and are doing the same for next year. Although they were doing some renovations of the main restaurant, there were no disruptions of general service or obtrusive noise-- it was all seemless.

Since we have an infant and were able to get away, we got to spend time at the spa, pool and and really enjoy our time alone. Even so, the Four Seasons is such a child and family friendly place, we will bringing out toddler the next time. All of the children who were there were so well behaved and their parents so attentive that it was never a distraction-- to the contrary, it was a pleasure to see and enhanced our experience. We look forward to our next trip back.

I was attending an eye conference and needed to stay at a hotel with ocean view. This hotel was an ideal location for my needs. This place is one of the most enjoyable, clean and the service oriented 5 star hotels that I have been to. The moment you approach the hotel, the help is waiting to attend to your needs. The staff is courteous and friendly.I needed the room before the official check-in time and got a call that my room is ready. I had the most beautiful room with the ocean view and nicely appointed furnishings. I had special food requirements and the room service had arranged in advance without a single problem.I had the most enjoyable time at this hotel and in terms of quality, service and cleanliness this place is second to none!

Room Tip: ask for higher floor for superb ocean view

Palm Beach

We stayed here for three nights from 11th - 14th August during our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier!

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a look around the hotel and were really impressed with our fantastic surroundings. We then went outside for a couple of drinks at the pool bar and enjoyed the lovely pool area and the beach. We soon got a call from reception saying our room was ready so we went back to collect the keys. We were a little nervous on the way to our room, wondering why we'd been waiting so long, but were delighted when we opened the door to find we were at the very end of the corridor in one of the larger rooms and with a fantastic sea view! Presumably they had upgraded us because we were on our honeymoon and so we had to wait a while whilst they made the room up for us. The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in by the way!

Shortly after arriving in the room a member of staff brought us up a bottle of champagne, some lovely chocolates (made in Palm Beach, as it happens) and chocolate dipped strawberries on a plate with "Congratulations" written in chocolate sauce. What a lovely touch! Even better than that, we were given two hand written letters, one apologising for the delay with the room and hoping we're happy with it, and the other wishing us congratulations on our getting married. To be honest, we couldn't really afford to be in this hotel normally and it was a real treat to ourselves, but they made us feel like royalty and we never felt out of place.

So the room was brilliant and we were really happy with it, the main areas of the hotel were really well decorated and maintained and the pool area was the same. The service was excellent and the staff really can't do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. The only slight criticism would be that if you are on a sun bed on the opposite side of the pool from the bar, the service isn't as good as on the bar side of the pool as you get less frequent numbers of staff walking around; but I'm really nit picking there - just try and get a bed on the pool side. The beach is well maintained and feels nice and private too.

The food was really good. We had breakfast at dawn on our balcony so we could watch the sun rise and it arrived exactly at the time we'd asked for. It was presented well and the lady even laid it out on our balcony table for us. A lovely little touch which I've not had at other hotels. We paid for one evening meal in the beach side cabana. It's quite expensive, especially given that the menu is the same (slightly smaller actually, if I remember correctly) but they make you feel really special - it’s very private and romantic. Sometimes there was a very, very long wait between visits from the waiter. This might be intentional with the idea that the couple should be left on their own, however the breaks were so long that at one point we were considering going asking him to come back and take our order or get more drinks. Peace and romance is the idea with the cabana but the waiter could do with coming down a little more regularly to make sure we didn't need anything. He did give us an iPad at one point so we could look at the menu on it, however we couldn't order on it. Perhaps if they don't want the waiter to have to visit so much they should take this idea a little further, and allow you to call for the waiter with a touch of a button on it.

We were unfortunate when leaving that our hire car wouldn't start. The valet staff tried everything they could, including a jump start but couldn't get it going. We were in a rush to get back to Orlando to catch a flight to New York and when it became clear that the car company weren't going to be able to get another car to us in time, the valet staff drove us to Palm Beach airport for free so we could pick one up ourselves and the driver wouldn't accept a tip. If any of the staff remember this when they see it, we'd like you to know that we did JUST make it back and got on the flight, so thanks very much for your help!

To conclude, we loved our stay here. We were made to feel like royalty and although we probably won't be able to afford to go back, we'd highly recommend it to everyone and if we've ever got a bit of cash burning a hole in our pockets in future, we would love to go back again one day!

This Palm Beach Four Seasons is a wonderful spot for a peaceful and restful holiday. Right on the Beach and the rooms and bathrooms are exceptional. Especially the bathrooms! The Spa was super clean and one of the best I have been to. Staff here are very well trained and deliver service like the best Hotels in France. The Restaurant is wonderful - and found it the best food we had in Palm Beach!
I look forward to my next visit to this Four Seasons.
This is by far one of the best resorts I have been to (and I've been to many!)

We have stayed here several times and we are always welcomed back by staff throughout the hotel. The beach here is expansive and gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The food is excellent and the restaurants will accomodate special requests. The fitness center is pleasant and large enough for the numbers who use it. The only complaint has to do withthe housekeeping. This is not the first time when the room was not cleaned until after 4PM...and then only because we called.

Room Tip: The best ocean views are from the 4th floor.

We really enjoyed staying at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. The rooms were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Relaxing! We enjoyed the relaxing nature of the property. A bit of a drive to get to the restaurants, but the hotel provided excellent driving services.
