Repeat visitor who keeps coming back. Service is tremendous - front desk, room service, restaurant and pool. Only downside is this is an older property and hence has smaller rooms and doesn't feel as luxurious. Pool area and beach help to offset this deficit. People make the real difference.

wonderful stay. Concierge is amazing. Took great care of us. Also the spa is magical. there are great personal trainers available in the fitness center as well who will personalize your workout. Rooms are nice. not over the top but nice. beach is wonderful. only improvement could be service for breakfast and poolside. very slow.

If you go to Palm Beach and stay at this Four Seasons you should rent a car. You are a 10-15 minute drive away from just about anything you would need on a short trip. Valet is $27. Otherwise you are a bit stranded as nothing is in walking distance. All staff were exceptional. The front desk took care of, and compensated us, for a Fedex shipment debacle, pool staff were pleasant and attentive, food was good. Breakfast is a bit of a mele at The Graze so if you want a quiet breakfast plan your time accordingly. One evening my wife and me showed up at The Restaurant at about 10PM and just had a coffee, bailey's and a dessert. They set everything up for us outside quickly and we watched an evening thunderstorm rumble out over the ocean. Overall very pleasant and relaxing. The resort was quite busy but the exceptional service at Four Seasons hotels keeps a calm relaxed pace with attentiveness and attention to detail that you just do not get below 5 stars.

Room Tip: Go with a basic room. The added cost of rooms with a view or larger rooms are not worth the cost unl...

Only problem with my stay were the incredibly noisy doors slamming at all hours of the morning. Don't plan on sleeping in. Beds were comfortable and rooms and bathrooms immaculate. Room service breakfast was just okay. Toast stale, no cream or jam.
Room service dinner okay but order your steak medium well if you don't like rare-raw.
Restaurant overlooking the beach is fantastic. Great food with many choices. Try the Chirashi (tuna and salmon sushi over rice with delicious sauce) or the Lobster Cobb salad. Yum!
If you order a taxi, know it will be a town car that's pretty pricy. Beach is wonderful and best part is that they have an adult quiet area by pool and at beach. So relaxing.

Room Tip: If you get a partial ocean view, you have to crane your neck to see ocean.... but you will be able t...

The Four Seasons Palm Beach was a fantastic place for a 4 day R&R. The service from the staff was outstanding. The property was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping, great ocean views and beautifully appointed rooms. The beds and bedding are exceptionally comfy.
We were here with a business group so it was a nice treat since this is not a place we could frequent regularly with our big, boisterous and wild family. It is a GREAT getaway if you need to get away from that big, bold and exhausting thing called "family". Loved it! And, I am rejuvenated. This is my 4th stay at a Four Seasons property; they are all fantastic. Give this one a whirl; you deserve the break!

Room Tip: Ocean view definitely.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. The grounds were well maintained and colorful. The beach was clean and not crowded when we went, which was August. The hotel property itself isn't that large but the area itself is nice to go for walks. Especially helpful with my little dog. Chose the Four Seasons because of its reputation, but mainly because of it being pet friendly. Although I do wish they allowed the dogs to sit on the beach with you, which I did, but was not really allowed. Overall, the hotel was pretty flexible when it came to my pup being with me around the hotel which is the main reason why I will gladly stay here again.

Room service was pretty much quick and timely. The food was excellent. There was no difference from room service or dining out. We did not have a bad meal our entire stay!

Room Tip: We had a couple of different rooms and honestly, not one had a bad view.

I was excited to stay at the Four Seasons - couldn't wait to be there and check out the property. The staff was awesome - very attentive. I felt welcomed from the moment I drove up.

The room was nothing spectacular - very disappointing. The lights in the bathroom dimmed when using the blow dryer and the water pressure and temperature fluctuating while showering.

The hightlight was the pool area (although a tad small). The staff there went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Loved the various snacks offered - felt very pampered.

I went to one of the complimentary tennis clinics that was supposed to last one hour and a half. Perhaps because there were only 2 of us, the clinic ended after about 45 minutes. The asst. pro was quite nice and offered to set up the ball machine (I decided to head back to my room and get ready for dinner).

The fitness staff was also very attentive and they had a wide variety of machines/classes.

Our housekeeper couldn't have been nicer each evening at turn down service - kudos to her - such a lovely smile!

For the money, I wouldn't go back...I would try another Four Seasons location and give them another opportunity to impress me.

Room Tip: Rooms directly facing the pool give you the best view of the ocean. While we were on this side, we...
