The Four Seasons experience has never been a disappointment and this Four Seasons lived up to all expectations and beyond.

A personalised approach is very much part of the Four Seasons offer, and this Four Seasons captures that element perfectly. Two floors up on the balcony watching the (Hurricane Sandy induced) waves, Ziggy a highly rated member of staff in our eyes, called up a morning greeting using my name! From that distance. Impressive eh?! This level of personal welcome became the norm throughout our* 9 day stay. (*Mum and two grown up daughters.)

It appears that the rooms have been refurbished recently, as our room (Ocean View premier) was immaculate. Large, very modern, light and airy in the day and warm lighting at night, with a well appointed bathroom. We had a king bed and a pull out double sofa bed. Lots of space. In-room wifi is free for up to 2 devices, and it was very efficient.

The resort's external space is small but perfectly formed, yet this did not detract from our enjoyment as staff around the pool went out of their way to ensure that even when the pool area was busy all our needs were still attended to. When the seas are calm there is a decent stretch of beach which will alleviate pressure on the pool area - remember we were all on the pool deck because of the unusually high waves.

Utter luxury and relaxation and all thanks to the superb staff supported by an excellent leadership team.

I can wholeheartedly endorse this resort and urge you to "push the boat out" for that luxury holiday you always meant to give yourself!

Room Tip: The suites are beautiful, with full length windows overlooking the beach - as in, right on the beach - they can't be bettered. But that is not for all of us (!) and our experience of the Ocean View Premier made us very very happy indeed.

It’s a Four Seasons, so you know you’re going to get excellent service and a good experience……I was visiting for a conference so there wasn’t a lot of time to sample the amenities, but everyone I talked to was pleased with the service……

This is the second year we stayed at the Four Season in Palm Beach. We come down every year for the holidays in September to visit family and friends. Even though we were here for only 4 days it was 4 days of relaxing in beautiful surroundings. We had a great deal that got us an upgrade to an ocean view room, breakfast, $100 credit towards dining and 2 free drinks. What else can you ask for...The staff is wonderful, rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast was great and you feel miles away at the bistro facing the beach for a nice lunch. The Four Seasons is our place to go when we go down to Florida.

We stayed at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Florida for a 4-day business/pleasure trip. While the hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely hospitable and helpful, make sure you have a fat wallet if you want drinks, food or need a taxi. While the beachside service is great and the staff very friendly, we ordered a specialty cocktail and a glass of wine ---$14 each (without tip)!! Taxicab to/from the airport---between $28 & $35 for a 15 minute ride!! Cabs in New York City are cheaper! We had lunch at a great restaurant on Worth Avenue for less than half the amount at any of the hotel restaurants--- and we are talking THE very expensive, upscale, famous Worth Avenue in West Palm! The restaurant was TABOO--- excellent meal and very reasonable. Highly recommend it.

Room Tip: If you cannot have an ocean view room, the rooms with a side-angle ocean view are just as good--- the view is still beautiful and the room less expensive.

My two nights at this hotel were pleasant but not unforgetable. The hotel is very nice and well located on the beach. My first room smelled of mold and the staff quickly changed and upgraded my location. Both rooms had great ocean views and a terrace.

The dining facilities are limited and we were not allowed a late check out. You can only park your car with the valet which I always find to be a rip off.

On the plus side, the room was very large, tastefully and luxuriously furnished.

Diner in the restaurant was disappointing. Not bad...just not great.

All in all, it was a good experience with many highlights.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the main building with an ocean view.
