Cafe Boulud is in the Brazilian Court hotel on a quite side street in Palm Beach. It is a colorful dining room, both elegant and relaxed. the service was impeccable and very professional. My friends and I chose the prix fixe menu which included a starter, main course and dessert. My borscht was well done and the paella main course was different and perfectly cooked. It featured fennel fronds and pieces of fennel, for a different and very nice take on traditional paella. Perfect sized portions as well. I chose the cheese board for dessert, which included lovely fruits, cheeses and condiments. We did not order wine, but all the other diners seemed very pleased with the wine list. This seems to be a popular place with local residents, always a good sign for a restaurant. I would definitely visit here again. Also, the chef sent a few lovely tiny warm madeleines to our table to go with our coffee and some other little sweets, complimentary and the perfect ending to a great meal. The restaurant offers valet parking for free to diners.
