Description: Enter The Breakers’ grand lobby and you’ll hear it: the growing roar of laughter, music and clinking goblets. Turn the corner into the North Loggia and you’ll see it: everyone dressed to the nines, abuzz in our exquisite Florentine Room—where the glitterati drank and dined for decades—reinvented as the dazzling and modern HMF, Palm Beach’s hottest gathering place. Named after the resort’s founder, Henry Morrison Flagler, HMF is steeped in the glamour of an earlier era, yet wholly current. This chic social club boasts an eclectic, globally influenced menu, an acclaimed, 2,200-varietal wine list and an array of bespoke cocktails. Grab a seat and people watch as you listen to the transformative sounds of Kirill Basov, our renowned music and entertainment director known for his dreamy, distinctive mash-ups of old and new.

It's all about small bites...plates inspired by everything from Italian dishes to food trucks...from sushi to salumi. All in one of the most amazing rooms you've ever dined in. The Breakers is like no other resort, so why should their restaurants be any different? Over the course of several hours, we had quite a few dishes and all delighted us: Old school steak tartare, Nonna's meatball and gravy, Korean short ribs, Wagyu beef sliders with bacon, Live sea scallop with yuzu and smoked salt...and Eel, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, red tobiko and wasabi tobiko sushi.
We were there in June (slower season), so getting a table was not a problem despite their no reservations policy. But the place filled up quickly, and I can imagine just how crazy it can get when the partying really starts!
Original signature cocktails, and even house-made cocktail onions in my Chopin martini that inspired me to make my own. Great service and loads of young beautiful people serving you...but no attitude. Great fun.

When out with friends or a special friend, it's often a bit much to sit down for a three (or more) course meal with cocktails, wine and dessert. HMF applies a "small plate" philosophy in as open and beautiful a space as you'll find. It has a Mad Men quality to it, but we enjoyed cocktails and eventually ordered some small plates to share. When we were hungry again, we ordered some more small plates. It's the best addition to the Breakers. Strongly recommend.

The Breakers has done it's founder Henry M Flagler proud with it's redo of the beautiful setting that has graced it's north wing. HMF's fantastic drink and food is only out done by it's service.

Beautiful people, great ambiance and superb service. This is our favorite spot on Palm Beach to get drinks before or after dinner. Haven't been disappointed.

The restaurant does not take reservations, have a drink at the bar and people watch and in no time your table will be ready (30 minutes). The menu is tapas style and everything is delicious. I recommend the sushi, sliders, fish taco, and save room for dessert. The pumpkin bread pudding doesn't sound like much but, it's out of this world. The service is wonderful and I've been a few times and it's right on every time.
