Bradley Park Hotel
Ranked #8 of 10 Hotels in Palm Beach

We stayed here in February. That's high season. We paid 500.00 with taxes for two nights.
Compared to the other luxury hotels on Palm Beach Island (Breakers, Chesterfield, Colony, Brazillian Court) that's a really cheap rate. But, it's still a lot for the quality of this hotel.

THE BEST: Location is great. Easy stroll, one Block, to Royal Poincianna Way and Great restaurants. Also, fabulous consignment and re-sale shops.
Across the street from a big supermarket (Publix).
The hotel is very lovely, in a courtyard, and has great curb appeal.
Lovely lobby and friendly check in and receptionist.
Easy FREE parking by the side of the hotel.

THE OK: This hotel, feels old inside. We were here to attend a function at The Colony. So we needed somewhere quite close, clean, comfortable and reasonable. This was the best deal. I don't know that I would want to spend more than two nights here. The receptionist upgraded our room because the lights were broken in the first room we were shown. So we were in a one bedroom suite which was a lot more money, (300.00 per night x 2 plus tax 700.00 for 2 nights) but they kindly didn't charge us for the upgrade. The plumbing needs updating. Housekeeping did a good job. If you like 70's charm this is the place for you. I prefer something newer and fresher for that amount of money. The owners need to update the rooms. Our Queen Bed took up the whole bedroom and we had to squeeze between the tall chest of drawers to get around the bed. Comfortable bedding.

Overall, this is a nice old hotel with a certain charm. The staff really do make sure to provide great guest service.

I was looking to stay on the island on a budget . We found a great deal for two nights on the weekend. We enjoy biking all over the island and seeing all the interesting sites. They are located a short two blocks from a very private beach if you like seclusion. It is right across from the Publix supermarket so you can purchase your groceries and make your meals in the kitchen. You can save on yours meals so you can enjoy a nice dinner out one night. The hotel is rustic and has a lot of interesting features. Sure if you enter the bathroom and open the door it hits the toilet or there is a wall a/c unit in each room. You have to keep in mind this is a very old hotel and has been updated slightly throughout the years. If the walls could only talk and the history it would be able to share. Yes at night the Italian restaurant has tables set up in the courtyard and you have to walk through that , but you can hang upstairs on the balcony and listen to the entertainment the restaurant provides. The area is very casual and nice to walk to the various restaurants within that area at night, and totally safe. If you are looking for a more upscale hotel go spend $1500 dollars at the Breakers. The hotel is worth visiting if you want to stay on Palm Beach on a budget. The staff , especially Peter was very friendly and proud to show off the hotel and educate you on the area.

Room Tip: select a balcony room, nice to overlook the courtyard below

We reserved two rooms in this hotel through Priceline. We requested two rooms with two beds each so we can sleep 7 people. We ended up getting two rooms with one bed in each room and had to pay $220 extra to get a bigger room.

As a business traveler, I stay in hotels regularly. Here is may take of this hotel.

Pro: Situated in a nice town and it has a charming building
Con:
- Drastically overpriced for what you get. $199 per room/night.
- Do not expect the amenities of a regular high end chain hotel like Embassy Suits. No breakfast, no pool, no decent internet, no decent exercise room.
- Not a place for family. Most clients are over 60.

My dad booked this hotel for his visit with my family. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed when I arrived.
-There was no pool
-Had to walk a quarter mile to get to the beach
-To get to the lobby you had to haul your luggage through a fancy busy restaurant
-There was a dishwasher but no detergent
-The white dude working at the desk acted like he hated his job. I felt bad everytime I asked for a favor. He had an attitude.
-The "gym"was pathetic
-The tv was small
-The wi-fi was unstable
-It wasn't a kid-friendly (teenagers in our case) place. It's probably perfect for aarp members.

I will give them that the building itself is beautiful. But they could do so much better with a few upgrades and a price drop. I know we could have gotten a hotel with better amenities for the price we paid.

We stayed two nights here while attending a wedding at the Flagler Museum. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Full size kitchen with everything you need to cook. The location is perfect! 10 minute walk to the beach and centrally located by a publix and several small restaurants. This was also by far the lowest priced hotel on the island.

What you may not know is that Col. Bradley was one of the most important men in Palm Beach history!! The room was clean, spacious and really all you need. A wonderful fresh food and good wine deli next door and a fabulous Italian Restaurant Ventini;s (a must)!! If you don't need a pool or spa at your immediate location. It is the best value hotel in town

This hotel is very attractive from the outside and the welcome from the front desk was excellent. The staff have been very helpful and nothing like how was mentioned in other reviews. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. The a/c was a little noisy but the ceiling fan was a nice touch. The bathroom was in need of a makeover but it would be a pity to lose the style of the place when that's done. There are not many restaurants to eat at in the area but the one I found was good and not expensive. Overall a good stay but a bit of work is needed to the building to keep up the standard and justify the price.
