Fish, fish and more fish. This place has fun written all over it. From the funky beach bar to the laid back outdoor- like restaurant, Casey Key Fish House begs for a return visit. Great service and love the feathered entertainment

Down home dining with a comfortable picnic table feel. Friendly service and boisterous atmosphere from guests having a good time.
I ordered the conch fritters to start off. Well seasoned with a nice quantity of conch. Not usually one to fill up on appetizers, they are worth it.
I had the Black Grouper from the special board. Generous portion, expertly prepared with a corn and bean salsa. Served with broccoli and thin sliced carrots.
My partner ordered the almond snapper. It was also done right and very tasty. Also served with the broccoli and carrots.
We will return. Again and again.

The food preparations here are fresh and creative, far above the fried fish that dominates other fish places. There are paper plates and baskets, which detract from the experience. It's always busy. A good casual place for above-average food.

Typical FL waterside fish camp. Food was good, service was a little slow, both at the table and from the kitchen. Portions were huge, and, had we known, my wife and I could have easily split a meal. We could not begin to eat everything that was seved.

We had the fish "sandwich" as they wre not serving dinner yet. The meal was just OK.
