We were delighted with our server, Cole, who was attentive from the first 'hello'. Hubby and I shared a calamari with sauce on the side which wasn't too spicy after all. Hubby had the cedar planked fresh salmon off the daily menu which was prepared to perfection: tender, succulent, and seasoned beautifully. I opted for the appetizer PEI mussels which was a great choice...and plenty big enough for dinner.
It's great that Bonefish is now opened continually from lunch through dinner so early dining is not a problem. This is now our 'go to' place for fresh fish in the area.
I especially like that orders are prepared fresh so any ingredients not on one's diet can be omitted.
