As usual, Disney provides an enormous amount of fun and entertainment; however, our latest visit was rather disappointing. It appears that at least at Hollywood Studios that customer service is a thing of the past. We did not have a specific experience but as we encountered employees and workers there seemed to be a common theme of annoyance when doing their jobs. A lack of any emotion and or enthusiasm was common throughout the park. When spending this much money to have a Disney experience, you would think the employees would be part of it. Because this was a common theme, I am wondering if Disney has lost focus of their mission.
