Spent the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Rode the Tower of Terror and Aerosmiths roller coaster numerous times and the wait times were reasonable.15 - 45 minutes) Park not too crowded. Another good meal at Momma Melrose's. Went in the new atraction of "The Adventures of Captain Jack Sparrow". Waited 30 - 45 minutes in line, which wasn't bad, and then stood (no seats) maybe 5 - 8 minutes for the "show". I love CJS but felt this wasn't worth the wait. And a big negative observation which Disney can't do anything about are very rude foreigners.

We only had a few hours to explore this park, which I believe is the smallest of all four parks. What I didn't like about it was that it seems to be crammed around the entrance, before the hat and there are more stores than attractions.

While there are only a few rides for young kids, there are many other shows and meet and greets to keep them entertained and happy. For many that complain about Toy Story Midway Mania, it is what it is...it's one of the top three rides in the park. If you want to ride it with a short way, be there first thing in the morning or get a FP as soon as you get into the park...they WILL be gone by 10 - 11 am! We waited 1 hour, but that was expected, and we went during the low crowd week of the 6th of Feb.

We were only able to do TS, Star Tours which both girls, ages 5 & 3 enjoyed a lot, Ariels show, meet and greets with Jake, Handy Manny, Sorcerer Mickey, Mr. Incredible and Frozone, and Wreck it Ralph and Vanellope and Phineas and Ferb. We had a 5 pm reservation for dinner and after that, we walked over to Fantasmic, which was incredibly entertaining. Not a show worth repeating, but good enough to take in on your first visit.

There is so much here to keep your kids busy, but it depends on their interests and priorities.

Star Tours was one of the relatively few rides appropriate for younger children. The nearly two-hour wait for Toy Story was unacceptable yet common for this place. I didn't come on vacation to stand around for two hours -- and the "fast passes" are a joke...they sell out early in the day.

THis park has something for all ages. I really enjoyed the AMerican Idol experience. Rock n Rollercoaster and the shows were so enjoyable. Make sure you research which restaurant you would like to eat in and make your reservations WELL IN ADVANCE (up to 180 days) or you'll be eating the over priced fried stuff. DOn't miss Tower of Terror too.

I've always enjoyed Hollywood Studios from the first time I ever visited in 1992 when it was still MGM Studios. With that being said, I think Hollywood Stuidios could stand to have some kind of expansion with added attractions just as Magic Kingdom has done with Fantasy Land. This park definately has the older crowd in mind with the awesome Indian Jones & car stunt show, but also has things to interest the little ones too with the Toy Story Mania ride & Little Mermaid, Beauty & The Beast Shows.

Attractions not to be missed are Star Tours, Rock N Roller Coaster & the Studio Back Lot Tour. Fast passes are available for most of the popular rides & it's best to get them early in the day before they run out. Fantasmic is a must see & I highly recommend getting VIP tickets at a Fantasmic Dinner at either Hollywood & Vine or The Hollywood Brown Derby. We had a character lunch at Hollywood & Vine because my son loves Special Agent Oso, but expect to wait in a super long line if you don't have a reservation. We always make reservations at all restaurants that allow them & wouldn't even bother trying to get a table if we didn't.

Hopefully Disney has some new upgrades in store for Hollywood Studios because this park is in need for some newer, fresher stuff:)
