Boy did we great great fish and seafood at this place.

The ambiance is super and might remind you of South Beach or Manhattan. Sleek, trendy and unlike most Orlando restaurants.

My husband and I started with the diver scallops over short ribs. Wow, what a contrast of amazing flavors.

We then opted for the seared tuna over pureed sushi rice and the black cod (move over Nobu). Fish was at its freshest, and the accompaniments were spot on.

Wine list is extensive and offers some affordable options. There were 4 pages of whites!

The service was very good, and our waiter was informative and attentive.

Overall great place that makes you forget you're at a convention in Orlando :).

Four college freshmen and myself ate here on the evening of March 18th. We were thirty minutes late for our 9:00pm reservation - our fault - and even though the restaurant was PACKED the hostess was able to seat us after only five minutes of wait.

I must preface that because this restaurant is in a convention hotel, it draws convention attendees. I was told by one of them that there were over 2,000 people at the convention and I felt they were all in the same room as me. Because of that, the noise level in the restaurant was quite loud.

However, the architecture and interior design of the restaurant is worth a trip just to see. Colors, textures and sculpture lead the imagination to believe they are under the ocean. It is beautiful.

At our table, one girl ordered from the appetizer menu the clam chowder for her meal and it was plenty - a very large bowl and she said it was delicious. My daughter ordered the clam flatbread (enough alone for a meal and very tasty) and the garlic roasted shrimp (three very large prawns, but not enough to share). Two of us ordered the pan-roasted chicken (extremely moist, delicious sauce, tasty sauteed greens and warm mozarella) and another ordered the fish of the day (uniquely cooked - you can watch it roast at the bar) which she said was fabulous. I did order the lobster brocolli stuffed potato - which was nothing special. There was enough chicken and greens that I didn't need it anyway.

Both a waiter and a bus-boy attend all the tables. The service is exemplary. And for the number of people in the place, I was amazed that the entrees were served in less than fifteen minutes of ordering.

Go of the decor and enjoy the good food. Despite the crowd and their beer-induced noisy chatter, we really liked this place!

Embarassing as it is to admit, one of the best restaurants my husband and I ever ate at is at Disney -- it's Bluezoo. Great ambiance, amazing berry-infused vodka drink ("Zooberry"), delicious food. We floated back to our hotel, and went back for more the next day.

Both times my wife and I have eaten at bluezoo, we have been completely impressed. The food presentations are works of art and the service is second to none. The wait staff is very well trained and experts on all of the menu items. Bluezoo is by far the best overall restaurant at Disney World (even better than Victoria & Albert's).
