The room has a microwave, refrigerator in "separate" living area (with couch and TV). It also has wired connection, a must for the business traveler.

We have stayed here for three years and have been very satisfied each time. The hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and always asked if we needed anything. The free breakfast included hot items and had a large selection of choices. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants. It is the second closest hotel to the convention center and is walkable if you are motivated and want to save $16 parking. My only complaint is that there fitness room needs to add an exercise bike, but probably not many people come to Orlando to work out.

We stayed here two nights this week during a Convention. The room was perfectly set up for business. The desk area was far away from the beds - very nice. We parked our car and were able to walk to the convention every day, although there was a shuttle. Two TVs, fridge, micro and sink. Typical hotel buffet breakfast. The best part was the shower! There were two shower heads in the shower. It was like getting a massage while showering! Don't hesitate to stay here. Room was very clean.

We stayed four nights, following a cruise, and were very happy with the hotel. As mentioned previously - friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms with lots of space and a good breakfast provided. Only negative thing I would say is regarding the slow lifts. My son took the stairs and beat us every time (we were on the 6th floor). Apart from that, and for the price, I would highly recommend. Yes the breakfast area could be bigger in busy periods, but the problem would not be so bad if inconsiderate people would move on when they have finished eating, instead of hogging tables. Not hotel's fault.

We stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay.
The room was a good size. We had two double beds and a kitchen area that consisted of a coffee maker and a fridge (leave anything in it for more than 2 days and it will freeze though).
I have seen a few reviews that mentions the place appears dated. I don't know if I agree with that but I suppose it isn't ultra modern!
Breakfast was good. The usual choice of bread, cereal, eggs, yoghurt. Sausage link & patties on alternative mornings.
There is also a waffle maker, OJ and iced water.
The location is good, it is just 100m from I-Drive and about a dozen restaurants within 5 minute walk.
Staff were pleasant enough and helpful.
The elevator is very slow unfortunately.
Be careful when getting a taxi out the front of the building. I think the company name of the guys always hanging around is Starways. They are much dearer than regular taxis but are open to negotiation so make sure you haggle with them.
I will mention that our room was cleaned very well every day.
The worst thing I have to say about Springhill is that the coffee in the lobby was cold every evening......... not much to worry about when you have a coffee maker in your room though.

Hotel conveniently located to all major attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had my preferences on file and taken care of upon arrival. Rooms are larger than other hotels. Needs a bit more stuff in room - i.e. they will sell you wine but don't have wine openers. Beds are comfortable, room was quiet, ample parking, plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. Breakfast was a bit of an issue - way too many people for such a small area - lots of families evident. Staff did what they could to cope, set-up extra coffee station, put out extra tables and chairs, but buffet area could not keep up in either supply or demand. Service staff handled with a smile and did what they could to get everyone something to eat - even kept breakfast open an extra 30+ minutes. Also added a long wait time for the elevator (which are already far to slow). For those with families - parents need to control remote as one of "those" channels not suitable for children was unlocked - found this really odd.

Room Tip: Ask for top floor away from elevator - however prepare to wait for the elevator. They are slow at b...
