We stayed here cause its only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The hotel was okay. The beds were too hard for me. The shower was good. We booked and had continental breakfast, thats a joke. It was a piece of fruit, bread, juice. It said on the card you can upgrade breakfast for 8.00 per person, we did. I thought it was mis-leading though.

Room Tip: Ask for top floor, nice view of the city

For this trip the location and low cost trumped anything else, so we reserved 1 King room at this hotel. Much to my surprise the hotel was kept very clean, staff was very pleasant, and our room was quite spacious and comfortable (with a balcony!). Even though there are many guests flowing through the hotel, many with kids for Disney, we did not sense noise or crowds when walking through the halls and lobby.

We chose this hotel based on a discount offered by an independent website. Based on the pictures, the hotel seemed nice and was very close to Disney. This was our first experience staying outside of Walt Disney World.

Pros:
- Very good location. Close to WDW entrance.
- Downtown Disney is less than 1 minute away.
- Affordable pricing. Disney's value hotels are very expensive.
- Nice pool.
- Helpful staff.
- More than one place eat inside the hotel.
- Spacious room with good view from the balcony.
- Four elevators. You'll never have to wait long.

Cons:
- Older hotel. It's past its prime.
- Our room was mostly clean. There was a marker on the floor (a kid's marker) and a half-eaten Girl Scout cookie. Plus, an itinerary for a school trip was still taped to our door.
- The rooms are basic. They are average and the mattresses are comfortable. The pillows are the size of airplane pillows. Basic toiletries.
- There are rooms directly across from the elevator. Avoid those.
- Water temp for shower varies. It can be comfortable and then all the sudden it's either scalding or freezing.

Overall, it's an ok place to stay to sleep. You get what you pay for. It's not Disney standards with cleanliness and upkeep, but if you're looking for something inexpensive and close to Disney, it's not bad.

We needed a last minute hotel for an unexpected overnight stay at Disney, so we found this for a great price on Expedia Last Minute Deals. Was very impressed by the property. Beds were very soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows. We had a balcony with furniture, a mini fridge, and a nice area for getting ready, should you have need for seperate mirror from the bathroom. If you've got a rental car to get around this place is ideal.

We have stayed here a few times now. The hotel is close to Downtown Disney and other area shopping and restaurants. The price is always competitive for the times of year and surrounding hotels. The rooms are large and even have a balcony with patio furniture. There was plenty of towels, and even the days we left at almost noon we noticed the cleaning staff had circled back to us and cleaned our room. That was nice, as at other places if you're not ready for them you have to wait until the next day. (Maybe just bad personal experiences?)
We opt for the two queen beds; more room to have all of our Disney goodies laid everywhere :) The parks are very close, via the bus service or car. The last visit we asked the front desk for a couple items with no problem. Any staff member in the elevators are super friendly, even when you can tell they are off work. the gift shop and convenience store in the lobby were reasonable but we only got specific items, I wasn't there to browse.
Definitely on the list to check for availability!
