I was very surprised by this property.

First off, the staff was incredible. Very friendly and helpful. They appeared very happy to quickly look after all of our needs. We were very impressed.

Check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced at any hotel across North America. In less than a minute we were good to go. Check out was just as fast. And again, our experience of both of the ladies who helped us at the front counter was top notch. They were excellent. We were very impressed.

The room that we received for our family of 5 was huge. It is one of the biggest single room hotel rooms in which we've ever stayed. We had plenty of space for our family. Having the extra room helped our family to enjoy our time together. It was much better than having to deal with being in a small room and constantly being in one another's space.

Our room and all other areas of the hotel were nicely clean. The hotel looks like it is quite new. It is up to date and looks nicely stylish as well. We appreciated that.

The hotel is near a number of decent restaurants, so there are lots of good food options near by. This is a major plus.

And of course, it goes almost without saying, but the proximity to the Orlando International Airport is about as good as it gets. It's about as close to the airport as you can get. And at the same time we didn't notice the noise of the planes to be a problem that affected our sleep in any way.

The breakfast was decent. I don't think it will win any awards, but it was enjoyable and well stocked.

For the price that we paid, I feel like we got great value for our dollar. We would not hesitate to stay at this property next time we are in the area.

We stayed for one night to be close to the airport after a week at Disney. Staff was nice, the room pretty clean, and bed was comfortable which is why I gave it the rating I did. That being said, elevators broke and we took stairs and ended up in the middle of renovations with no signs for way out! We thought we saw a big bug in our room but it was a lizard and we were on the 5th floor! Power flickered a few times. Breakfast was okay but it was the lady at breakfast who made it better. She was so nice, especially to my grandson. Front "desk" lady saved us $2 a gallon by directing us to avoid the two close gas stations to fill up the rental. I think they are doing the best they can with the renovations going on and would probably stay again because of location and staff.

The hotel is old but the lobby is under construction and will look fantastic when complete. The staff is great!!! Very helpful. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed here overnight as we had an early morning flight out of OIA. It was convenient and the shuttle was an excellent. Our stay was short but it served our needs just fine.

The experience that we had at the Hampton Hotel was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! The staff was beyond nice they we're totally SUPERB!! We had such a GREAT TIME!!! I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making family an I feel so welcome an so happy to be there. The staff gave 150% of there attention and kindness... My son's 14th birthday was recognized with so much attention an detail. My son was so happy that the Hampton team wished him a Happy Birthday.. It will always be remembered.. Thank you so much Hampton Team!! You guys are the BEST!!

This hotel is under construction to front lobby.......that was fine, however, either the local residents and/or construction workers were hanging around and staying on the same floor as us. There were ten or so, workers drinking beer and smoking at the side entrance when we checked in....the first night a very loud group of twenty or more in pool area at 11:30 at night, difficult to sleep...Check in, is at make shift desk in dining area.....? Unsanitary.....I would avoid this hotel until renovations are done.....we checked out....and found another hotel....VERY uncomfortable.
