I stayed here with my daughter due to an early AM flight out of MCO. Based on the reviews that I read and the great rate I got from Priceline, I was very optimistic about our stay. This hotel was such a dissapointment! The hotel looks very old and outdated, and so do the rooms. The carpet in the room was filthy, all but one of the towels smelled very badly, the pool tiles were discolored and pool water not properly balanced, and worst of all - there were BEDBUGS!!! My daughter woke up with numerous bites; which is why she now refuses to sleep at another hotel. The only good feature is shuttle service.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn thanks to a deal on Priceline. We were there for one night before boarding a cruise the next day.

The hotel was very close to the airport, with a free shuttle service that you called for pickup. We called and they were back within 10 minutes, and shuttles run every 30 minutes on the hour.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were aromatherapy - very pleasant. We had no problems whatsoever with anything in the room.

From the hotel we were able to walk across the street for dinner at TGI Friday's, and there were several other places closeby to walk to. The buffet we had for breakfast was ok, and the servers could probably be a bit more friendly, but overall service at this hotel was great - we would stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights 6-16 to 6-18. Hotel was pleasant in every way. Nice pool with very little activity. Close to airport, but no noise inside Hotel from Planes. Airport shuttle runs every half hour and works very well. Business center with printer for free use by guests. Two additional computers in Bar area for free use by guests. Made pre checkin for flights a breeze. Rooms good sized with nice decorations and extremely clean. Had two problems. One a TV that chose not to work. Called desk, they had engineer call me within 3 minutes. He determined TV needed to be replaced and said he would bring an new TV. He arrived at the room within 5 minutes and explained they had no extra TV's and had new keys with him for a room change. Very impressive. New room had a slow flushing toliet. Called desk, explained problem, when we returned from breakfast, problem had been fixed. Its not problems, its how they are handled that shows quality of service. In both cases they were handled quickly and without any fuss. This is a quality hotel which provides excellent service. You should be pleased with your experience at this Hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when I travel on business. Always very good, but I noticed this time, that when I came back my room was not done, I talked to one of the cleaning people and they apologized, came and cleaned the room and still forgot to empty the trash can!. I just hope that is a one time mistake, because my opinion of Holiday Inn's in the USA is slowly getiing worse and worse and this is one of the few that I still like.

This hotel is fine.
The rooms were clean and nice.
The restaurant in the hotel wasn't a great choice
for dinner. But the chocolate cake at the hotel's
restaurant is excellent! The morning buffet is okay.
Go with the Marathon Buffet for around nine dollars.
Because you can get an omelet made for you at the omelet station.
The person who makes an omelet for you is not always there at the omelet station.
Ask a waitress and they will get a person to make
an omelet for you. The omelet was very good.
Service is slow at the hotel's restaurant.
This hotel has tennis courts and a pool, and I think a sauna too.
There is a small business center with a computer and copy machine and fax. There are also
two computers behind the bar, which anyone can use
if it is open. The hotel has an aiport shuttle
service which was great.
Overall, a good hotel except for the
slow service at the restaurant.
