Worst hotel in the world, Bugs all over inside the room, extremely dirty including sheets floors ceilings., bad smells all over the hotel. This place should be shut down. Don't stay in this hotel any other hotel is better.

the worst place in the world.....nasty nasty nasty do not stay here go to the hotels across the street they called the police on use because we wanted our money back blood and roaches everywhere in the room its ashamed the guy at the front desk is not a man he didnt care about anything he call the police because we wanted our money back

Room Tip: Burn this hotel down and fired the guy at the front desk

I had stayed at this hotel on June 29th,really no problems. Room could have been a little cleaner. On July 4th checked into room 227,room not as clean as previous room. Killed a bug on the bed and thru it in the toilet.Inspected the room for more bugs and inspected the bed .Saw none.Went to bed.Got up at 10pm to go the bathroom,turned the light on in the bathroom roaches running into light fixture. Turned light on over sink area,roaches running all over sink area and coming out from behind mirror and out from under sink area. Had to call the front desk on my cell phone,room phones not working, While packing up to leave the room,more roaches coming out from under refrigerator and more on the desk. Front desk staff has always been helpful on both stays.When I explained what was going on,she moved me to another room in another building.Had to be up at 4am, really didn't sleep much. Guy at front desk in morning check out really didn't seem to care. Rooms really not clean enough to keep the bugs away....

In addition, I have contacted the vendor that does our pest control and ensured that it has been corrected. We have, however, cautioned the desk-clerk on the overnight concerned to be more professional and courteous with guests, when handling such situations.

The room we were first given (check in was after a late night flight, so, approx. 1:30 am), looked like someone was already staying there - unmade bed, etc. We were then given a suite which is more than we needed/expected. Much nicer, and clean. Another family we met had this problem as well.... About half way through our stay, our keys stopped working, but that was quickly fixed. Breakfast was skimpy, but available, which was great. It was a great place to sleep at night, and that's all we needed. We didn't spend much time in the room other than that.

The keys do stop working from time to time and I will contact our vendor to see if there is any other options’ regarding guest keys. The bear bight breakfast is consistent with the Travelodge standards.
