First room was not up to my standard. Requested another room and received one. Had faded shade lamps room clean but look over-used.
I would like to thank this guest for leaving comments about their stay with our property, but wish they had brought the issues they experienced to my attention rather than waiting to post a comment on the internet. First let me apologize that you had to experience a room change and it was not up to your standards. I am aware of several rooms that have bad lamp shades and I did post it earlier in Trip Advisor that we just ordered all new ones. They are all being replaced as we speak. We are also going to do an update to the hotel later this year and our property will look be beautiful and brand new. Please give us another opportunity later this year to see the update.
