Good location off the main traffic roads, yet close enough to the Convention Center and International Drive´s restaurants. Transportation to Universal Studios. Nearby convenience and restaurant delivery. Pool and Pet Friendly.

Don't let the 4 stars on tripadvisor fool you, this is in no way a 4 star hotel. The location is great and that's about the extent of anything noteworthy about this place.

First bad impression was getting on the elevator to the 8th floor and it felt like the "tower of terror," shaking badly and clanking loudly the whole way up to our room.

Overall cleanliness of the room was decent however they still felt dirty if that makes sense. Bathrooms were ok but I still felt dirty after I showered.

The comforter on the bed is not a duvet or comforter that can be washed so I can only imagine how dirty they were.

We were happy to know we had a pool to use until we saw the pool. The pool as well as the grounds around it didn't look too clean. The basketball hoop didn't have net, the list goes on...

This was extremely frustrating when you have to pay a $3.50 per day maintenance fee that is supposed to be used towards the upkeep of those amenities, which it obviously is not.

This was our first time trying out Hotwire to get a deal and believe me I would rather pay full price any day than gambling on something like this again.

At this Best Western there was no free breakfast for hotel guests. The maid also didn't make EVERYTHING pretty every day but I didn't care about that... She just missed folding the top tissue in the tissue box pretty. Otherwise for the price we paid the hotel was good.

The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. The amenities are so so. There is no free breakfast but the buffet at $9·99 was same as that at best western 3 miles over across from universal studios for free. No free coffee in lobby and coffee maker in room did not work and even if it did had a cord too short to reach outlet.
Their shuttle service to universal was very limited in times, the service at check in was very slow.
I,d stay again if only I couldn't book into one of the others. Could do better

Stayed here for three nights and really liked it. Rooms are not sound proof, but it was doable. Room was very nice, and very clean. My room had a great shower! I was very pleased.

But I have to tell you....the front desk staff are wonderful...and so helpful. I made my reservations via AAA, and the reservations got screwed up. They fixed everything and got me checked in. They are so nice! I will stay here again for sure!

I want to thank the staff for helping me! You all are the best! Thanks Tony!!!

This hotel is very clean, the staff was good, the rooms were good, but the best thing was how close it was to wet n' wild and Universal, no more than 10 minutes in car, I found this very cheap (I found it for $53 a night!!!) I totally recommend it.

I stayed here for a weekend while doing a show at the Convention Center. The common areas were spacious and nicely appointed, however the rooms were standard for hotels of this caliber in Orlando. The hallways and our room have some wear and tear and could use a good cleaning (there was a blower running on our floor the whole time were there to dry what appeared to be a constant water leak). But if one is in Orlando to visit the attractions I guess you won't be spending much time at the hotel anyway. If you can score a good deal off the internet, the Best Western Plus might be an option, but I'd check out several other possibilities first. There are certainly a lot of hotels to choose from in Orlando!
