Nice, clean hotel within walking distance to Downtown Disney.

Clean, comfy rooms.

If you don't want to stay in a Disney World resort, this is a good substitute. Easy driving to all parks yet still close to off-site restaurants.

Good value for the price, add $10 for self-parking.

The only negative was the restaurant. We received a $10 credit upon check-in. However, we weren't waited on after being seated so we were unable to use our credit. I can't comment on the quality of the food but the service was poor.

We are repeat visitors to this property, never eaten at the restaurant before and will not try again. Too many other options.

Will certainly keep on our short list for future visits.

My husband and I spent an entire week at the hotel and we were happy with the entire stay. Our room was always clean thanks to Fatima and the staff was always kind and greeted us every time we entered. The restaurant had a great breakfast with plenty of variety, always hot and ready. Imane & Mulela were our servers every morning and they were wonderful. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again. A big convenience to walk to downtown disney right from the hotel.

I did not choose this hotel. My employer choose this Hotel because our training conference was held there. The location is great, we where in walking stance to downtown Disney Market Place. I was there with two other co-workers sharing a room and when we arrived the clerk that night would not gives us a room because it was not paid for. Now I don't blame her but we where there for a conference and I could not understand why we had to wait for the room to be paid for first. This could have been taken care in the morning, we where staying for the entire week. The other thing that we did not like, is when we ask for a cot, the hotel did not have any. So we had to share one of the queen size bed, that was a bit uncomfortable. The food at restaurant was great and service was wonderful,we where served my Jorge M. on the first night. He as a great smile and personality. Though he was the only waiter that first night we where there he came to our table on several occasions to let us know he will be right with us. Breakfast was served at the conference and I must say it was wonderful. The rooms where nicely cleaned each day, but on our last night at the hospital, I found an undergarment in our bathroom thinking it belong to one of my co-workers. well it turned out that it didn't belong to any of us and we saw and a condom in the hallway a few doors down. Made me think that someone got busy in our hotel room, which gross us out. We stayed in the last room on the sixth floor, the one thing I could suggest is putting another elevator on the other end of the hotel. We felt like we where walking a maze each time we left and returned to our room. The last thing I can comment about is that they should have more employees like Jorge M. He provided great service at dinner and at the bar. Before I forget the swimming pool area had ants which was a bit annoying when you put your feet on the stone floor but the pool itself was beautiful.

My wife, 3-year old daughter and I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn based on a mix of location, price and positive reviews on TripAdvisor. I was very pleased with our choice. The location was probably as good as it gets barring a stay in one of the actual onsite Disney resorts. There was ample dining/entertainment options as well as a grocery store nearby (Crossroads shopping area or "downtown" Disney were both a longish walk or short car ride away). The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Magic Kingdom was about a 10 minute drive away (not including Disney's parking lot tram and subsequent monorail or ferry ride which adds another 30 minutes or so to the journey to the Magic Kingdom). The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Spencer and Kella at the front desk and Kamal and Jade in the hotel restaurant. My family was looking for something to do indoors between checking out of the hotel and catching our flight. I asked Kamal, who had been our very nice server for several breakfasts and before I knew it Kamal had asked the other staff members for help and Jade and Kella had come up with options for us. I've never had hotel restaurant staff proactively help me like this before. It was like they were helping out a friend or family member! The only negative feedback I'd offer from our trip was that we had pre-mailed children's food and consumables to mitigate checked baggage fees and uncertainty associated with finding a grocery store. One we arrived at the hotel, no one could find our boxes. 2 days after arriving we checked yet again. Fortunately, Spencer was at the front desk and he knew that the hotel mail was sent to a PO Box offsite. Within 20 minutes he had someone go to the offsite location and retrieve the boxes. Apparently the other staff members that we had spoken to we're unaware of the offsite mail location. Also, we called ahead to see if the hotel room included a DVD player and were told by the staff member who answered the phone "I'm pretty sure we do." He was incorrect. No DVD player.

We stayed for a couple of nights and as most, out all day at the parks. Excellent first impression from a service perspective. Were immediately greeted by valet and were assisted to our room by a very knowledgable and friendly bellman named Ernie. Our entire stay the valet attendant remembered our names and we were greeted by name everytime. Property very clean and staff very attentive. Location was excellent and shuttle service was a plus. Congrats to the GM and team for exceeding expectations!! Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for one night while we met up some relatives who were visiting Disney World. We literally checked in at 6 p.m on Saturday, took showers and went out for the night. Came back at midnight, went to sleep and woke up early next morning, had breakfast and checked out. So all in all we were not there that long but I can say the room was clean and nicely appointed, bed was comfortable, quiet and all the employees we encountered were helpful and professional….Elvis checked us in and he was a very nice and polite.
The breakfast was good, we opted ordering a la carte (they do have a buffet that most seemed to enjoy)…Amelia was our server and was wonderful.
The hotel is in a great location minutes from all the attractions and basically almost across the street from Downtown Disney….not bad for the price of $105 a night, that includes a $10 charge for parking($16 if you valet)
All in all we will definitely consider this Holiday inn again, good value and great location for price.
A couple things I would suggest…the lobby is a bit confusing, could have better signs. Also, during our stay there were dirty towels sitting on the hallway outside our room the whole time. Not a nice smell and certainly did not give the best impression.

Returned from two weeks froim 9th till 23rd September with wife and two children along with bother in law and sister in law.
Location superb and literally 200 yards from Downtown Disney and only 800 yards from Crossroads.
Room spotlessly cleaned on a daily basis.
Bus service to Disney parks and Downtown Disney (if too tired to walk) on par with other Disney Hotles we have previously stayed at which makes a huge difference if you only want to spend a few hours at each park rather than being stranded from dawn till dusk.
Have to thank Chabeliz for accommodating our roon request. Allocated room 622 with ample balcony space overlooking Magic Kingdom and Epcot with views of fireworks. Brilliant and wee boy loved this.
Everytime we passed the Reception area we were always greeted with a friendly smile and staff wishing us a "Good day or night" which was very much appreciated.
Any Disney purchases can be sent straight back to the Hotels as with other main Diesney Hotels.
All in all a great stay and know for a fact my brother in law ans sister in law are booking for 2013.
If not hiring a car you ban book a complimentary shuttle with Transdtar which is another bonus.
Only downside is a charge of $10.00 per day to park your car but this is standard for hotels in this area.
Met a couple who have stayed at Holiday Inn hotelswith current management team for past 28 years an obvious testament to the service they receive.
