There are only two stories to his hotel; therefore no elevator. I use an oxygen concentrator (which is quite heavy and has 50 lb. batteries) and had to cart them up the two flights of stairs along with our luggage, as there is no elevator. The rooms had a musty smell and no windows to open. We were also unaware of their position on pets and were awakened by two barking dogs in the hallway outside our door at 7:00 am. We heard barking dogs another the next day just down the hall, as well. Also, the breakfast room is way too small to accomodate the people who stayed there and was always packed. No tables available, so we ate breakfast around the pool. That wasn't a problem, except for the winds from Hurricane Sandy. It was very windy during our stay. The room was comfortable and we slept well, were it not for the barking dogs. The breakfast was a typical "free" breakfast, but at least it was provided. We did not use the ammenities; however, we dined out one evening and had so much food left over that we went downstairs in the "eating" area and were allowed to use their microwave oven, dishes, flatware, etc. We reheated our dinner the next night and ate it in privacy in the side dining area. As I do in every hotel, I did check for bed bugs and was happy that I did not find any!

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for my stay in Orlando, because I knew I was going to be out in the parks most of the day and only need a place to sleep. As you enter the hotel you start feeling the atmosphere of DisneyWorld. Although this is not a Disney hotel, it called "Good neighbor hotel" which means Disney gave it their approval of quality, and thus, you'll find a lot of Disney connected reading material in your room.
The rooms are equipped with cable TV, Iron, fridge, Coffee maker and Wifi (Which could have better reception...). In the lobby you can get a free newspaper.
There's a nice pool in the hotel and you get a continental breakfast (the best of it is the waffle makers and the juice machine). The only problem is that sometimes its a bit difficult to find a place to seat and eat.
During breakfast there's a guy in the lobby who sells you tickets. He knows a lot about the parks and the possible arrangements. His prices are not cheaper than in the gates, so I have 2 recommendations: 1. Dont buy all of the tickets on the same day. This will allow you to be more flexible. 2. The lines for tickets in the Islands of Adventure park are horribly slow (as opposed to the Disney efficiency) so you'd better purchase the ticket in the hotel.
The hotel is in a short walking distance from Universal studios, Islands of Adventure and the CityWalk. It also has a Shuttle to this area and to DisneyWorld. Be prepared to wake up early to catch it - it goes out at 7:30 AM. If you have a car I recommend you to take it when you go to Disney, because if you depend on the shuttle you'll miss the Night Fireworks and Parade because the shuttle leaves before that (and also in the morning, it takes longer to get there with the shuttle). The shuttle can be useful for Universal and Islands of Adventure - you can take it in the morning and go back by foot at night (If you wish to stay for the night show in Universal or go to the CityWalk).
Right by the hotel there's the Wet'n'Wild waterpark, a mini golf course and a Denny's restaurant.
To conclude - Great value for the price.
[One last tip: Don't waste your money on a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Take a public bus. Its comfortable and its only 2 bucks)

We came for a conference, this hotel was clean, the price was Great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only down side was the upstairs carpet looked worn. Beds were comfy and clean! We didn't go in the pool but it was open and looked fun.

Very clean. Good location near Universal Studios and other attractions. Family and pet friendly. Near many restaurants. The only negative--the "bright side" breakfast." Nevertheless, a great value. Highly recommend.
