We are going to the Doubletree in July and booked via British Airways!!!!!
I emailed the hotel as we had been allocated a mobilty access too
We didn't need that and would hate to think I could be blocking another guest who needs that type of room. So I emailed April to find out if we could have a different type and a surprise for my husband in our room on arrival for our anniversary.
April emailed me straight back to advise we had been moved and upgraded to a large King Corner Room for the 3 of us and that the surprise was all sorted then just a few mins later got a proper booking confirmation with all the information needed.
We cannot thank you enough and look forward to being able to thank you all in person!!!!!
I've even joined the Hilton Honors club!! Although cant seem to be able to transfer points to it with the booking!!!!!
