We procured this reservation on points at the last minute despite the Citrus Bowl and a huge soccer tournament. The staff was ridiculously nice with the exception of the front desk gentleman on our first night when I had to call for linens. To be fair, he had probably had a lot of calls but that really isn't an excuse. The breakfast is fantastic-make sure to get an omelet-those guys know how to do it. The complimentary cocktail/appetizer feature is really nice when you come in off the road. The only serious negative-we called ahead and asked about a Disney shuttle and were told "yes" but, in fact, no shuttle. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

There are many Embassy Suites to talk about. I personally have stayed at three of them, all remaining in Orlando. This Embassy suite has to be one of my favorites. Very nice employees and workers, clean and sanitary. The rooms are quite nice. Dated furniture and appliances.
In the morning there is a free breakfast buffet. Very nice, and good food. I do have a concern with the breakfast line though. There needs to be a line for the guests to follow. I was in line with my children and a woman decides to barge in front of us and take my daughters omelet from the omelet maker. People constantly came in front of us taking other foods right in front of us. I personally think there needs to be more breakfast options before the omelet maker so people will stay in line by being attracted to more foods. But after the whole trip, it was a delight

This is a wonderful hotel. Very clean and modern. The morning breakfast buffets were fantastic and had made to order stations in addition to the standard buffet items. It can get quite crowded, but the hotel is aware and sets up overflow rooms with additional tables etc. The location itself is near several good restaurants (Pizzeria Uno and Brick House are within walking distance) and there is even a great miniature golf place nearby. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was furnished well. Beautiful lobby and main floor. Had a manager's evening reception with drinks and snacks and a good breakfast available in the morning with a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly. The pool (which I did not use) was unique as you could start indoors and swim under an awning and be outside. The bed was comfortable. The only negative at all was the quality of the internet connection. Would for sure stay here again. A great Pizzeria Uno in front of hotel too for those who like Chicago Pizza.

Nice hotel... Kids liked the indoor/outdoor pool. Good value compared to other hotels when you factor breakfast in. It is getting dated, most noticeable in the bathrooms of rooms (clean but fraying, and small.) Living area is looking dated (ie:couch) bedroom area was nice, comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet, lots of choice, more choice than I have had at another Embassy Suites that we stayed at. It is a business style hotel, kind of a boring one for kids (looks wise, compared to other Orlando style hotels,) but good stay.

this hotel was amazing! it had a very beautiful lobby, room, breakfast and pool as well as fitness center, etc. for a low price. The breakfast is a 5 star breakfast with omelet station, fresh fruit, deserts, etc. Most beautiful breakfast of my life. The staff was extremely generous and helpful! I will visit again! LOVE this place to death. Everyone is like family.

This is a very nice hotel right on I-Drive, near Universal, Sea World and Wet n Wild. It is a great value, well below the rate of the other Embassy Suites a half mile down the road. The reason could well be the odd design of the hotel. It is triangular, rather than the usual rectangular shape. With that, there is only one bank of hotels at the front of the hotel, which is also the only entrance to the hotel. If you get a room at the back of the hotel, and park to the back of one of the lots, you must walk all the way to the front of the hotel and then back to the back of the hotel. Overall, the place was clean and the stay was nice, but the access could be improved.
