My son and I stayed at this hotel because they had a special and it was cheap. The room is clean, plenty of towels and soap but u need your own shampoo and conditioner and body lotion and what every you use to get your self going in the mourning. Also no coffee pot in the room either. The rooms are small and we were at the baseball section in the back so it was not that bad, the beds are only full size so kind of small for 2 adults but okay for kids to sleep. The grounds are nice and they do have nice pools if you have time to use them. Like I said it is a budget hotel and you only get what u pay for, so just to sleep and shower okay.

Room Tip: If you have to stay here ask to be in the back by the garden.

Have stayed at the All Star resort many times. It is very affordable and easy to access the transportation to all Disney areas. We had a king bed room which was great. It was clean and roomy enough for the small amount of time you are there. Only one big complaint. We were there during the World Cheerleading competition. While we are very familiar with the youth competitions and the fact that there will be alot of kids here and it can get kind of chaotic and noisy. This was over the top. We did not expect it to be perfectly quite but one night it got so bad that police with helicopters had to be called at 1:30am in the morning to attempt to quite things down. Complaints to Disney security and the front desk were useless. They did not know how to handle this and that was a disappointment. There should be a schedule to let you know what groups and competitions are going on before you book.

We stayed here 12 nights. I had room 326, block no. 10 right next to lobby, 3rd floor, facing garden. We didn't hear a thing during night (can't tell about the room facing pool - busy!), room small but still good size with desk, big TV, 2 king size beds, an empty minibar. Bring your toiletries Clean, but bit old. Breakfast/Food court is AMERICAN, so if you are for the healthy side, just avoid it, actually is pretty much same food you get in the parks. Taxi always available at lobby, no need to book or call. Staff friendly. Bus is the best, dedicated buses (no need to stop at other resorts, except route to Downtown Disney). Wi-fi free of charge. There is a McDonald's 2 blocks away. Kids loved the pool activities and night movies/wii. There were lots of teens, not a romantic place. My kids (age 6 and 9) loved the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: For quiet rooms, try get garden side. For noisy/busy rooms (teenagers love it) go for pool side. Thi...

Trust me if you are booked to stay here change your hotel NOW,travel company's here know what goes on but will not do sod all about it as they want your money and trust me it's true , we booked a life time trip saved up for 12 months and was told by Thomson this is a great resort so went there 20 April first night got there from 10 hour flight to find at 1 am 50 screaming kids in the pool, what a joke complained but might as well spoke to the vending machine in the lobby for all the good it done, so final got some sleep ,went to ebcot was there till 10 at night only to get back to all star sports and to be woken at 2 pm by yet another 40 to 60 screaming kids in the pool yet the sign next to pool says pool hours 7am till 11 pm,you don't need this when you are knacjed from your day at the park, rang front desk to complain and to be told its at mangers discretion at removing the kids, then for the next 6 days same thing kids in the pool till 4 am,all so kids running down the hallways kicking and banging your door, had to ring security many many times and all they do is walk past and do nowt, they are more concernd about making sure the soda machine is taped of in the food hall so you can't get a drink gone 11 then the respect of other guest it's a joke DO NOT stay here if booked to stay change now as it will ruin your holiday as it did with ours ,at one point got so bad the police or sheriffs as they like to be called had the helicopter with its search light hovering over head, with more than 100 kids at the bar jumping on tables and sun loungers ,not a good place to stay yes cheap but you will defo pay the price ,have read review and reckon its the same no matter what time of year you go do not stay here

I just spent a week at this hotel. The rooms are motel like, kinda hot in late April in central Fl even with the AC on. Can be noisy over midnight sometimes. But it's quite cheap considering the location, and you have free parking at the theme parks when you stay there. Not a bad choice if you won't stay in the room long every day.

Booked 2 weeks atg the All-Star Sports Resort, 14th - 28th April, 2012. The themed Disney Resort, is classed as a value resort for families. The rooms are comfortable, but the on suite bathroom is small and in need of updating, quite dismal.
The down side I found was the repetitve dinning experience. If you like fast food, the same everyday, then you will be alright. There is very little change if any to the food choices, they are repetitive and all come with carboard plates and plastic cuttlery.
The worst aspect of the stay was the mass invasion of American teenagers on their Spring Break. Disney tend to host various competitions during the Spring Break, which attracts thousands of youths aged between 12 to 18 years. It was caos!! They take over the pool areas, dinning areas and buses between the parks. To be honest we were glad to leave at the end of our stay.
Staff are friendly and the resort clean, but I suppose it is classed as a value holiday and thats what they class it as. Without the influx of teenagers during the American Spring Break (Easter Time), I suppose it would have been more bearable. I expected more for the price we paid, and less caos in the hotel areas.
I don't think I will be visiting Micky Mouse from this Hotel/Motel again.

Room Tip: It is a big complex, ask for an update to a better location room, to be near the main pool and dinni...

My family stayed here for five days in April. Prior to our trip I read many negative reviews on this property... once there, I soon realized that it wasn't really all that bad there and all things considered a property like this is a great "value", taking into consideration what your getting for what your paying, all of the transportation adds up!

We traveled with family, including three young boys. All three of them enjoyed the sports theme of the resort, enjoyed the pools and the arcade and had no issues with the cafeteria style food.

Yes this resort could use some updating, but by no means is this a unkept dirty resort, the grounds are clean and well kept, the rooms were cleaned well everyday!

If your looking to trim your costs on your next Disney trip, this is a great place to stay!

Room Tip: Request a preferred room (closer to lobby, cafe and buses)
