“Good food.. great service. Knowledgeable staff”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

Stopped in on a recent visit to Orlando. Food was very good.. (chips and salsa were surprisingly good and fresh! ) large portions and reasonable price for the area. Nice atmosphere. . We sat at the bar and the bartender (Judy or Julie) was hysterical friendly and really knew her stuff..from rumchata drinks to the best places to go. She was a one man show! Definitely stopping by again in my next visit!

“Good Experience and Food”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

We had two families staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort and ate here twice. Both experiences was good and they were able to seat a large party right away both times. The staff is friendly and food is decent. They were very attentive including Judy our bartender. The location is convenient to the resort and good place to unwind after long days at the amusement parks.

“Good space, average experience”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

We visited Frankie's a few times during our stay at LBV resort village and Spa in Oct 2010. The food, service and variety were all pretty good. We stayed during the quiet season so there really wasn't much going on but if you like sport they have more than enough big screens and plenty of bar stools to pitch up on!

“Very disappointing atmosphere and bar staff”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

Had our first meal here upon arrival from UK which was ok but nothing special...Cant even remember what i had!!! Were Seated by the stupidly placed games area which was very annoying...ask to be seated elsewhere if placed there.

Like others have said automatically adding 15% on to bill is very presumptuous although I do tip well when service is good.

Second time we went was just for drinks and I felt they were put out that we only wanted drinks as it was very quiet. Also the older female bartender was particularly obnoxious and full of herself especially with my elder daughter.

Its also Definitely not an Irish Bar (ive been to many over the years) and thats a shame as there is a huge captive audience on site willing to spend their hard earned on quality food and drink in a more classy atmosphere. Frankies does none of that I'm sorry to say (it reminded me of a poor mans Wetherspoons) and I'd suggest going elsewhere as there's plenty of choice with far more attentive staff to look after you.

“It was Ok”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

The food was average, the location is what keeps it busy. Service was excellent though, very friendly. The tons of Irish and English tourists I am sure love having the selection of home Beers on site.
