“Decent golf, awful service”
Reviewed March 20, 2014

If you want to spend 5:30 playing a round of golf, be my guest. Pace of play is horrendous as is the attitude of the proshop when you call to let them know that there are FOUR groups on the same hole. Answer 'rangers have all gone home'. Tee time was 2pm. Front nine took over 3 hours to play. (Greens are good though). Will never return.

“Poorly managed”
Reviewed March 10, 2014

Booked a tee time on Friday evening for Saturday afternoon. We teed off at 2:30 and waited between 5 to 10 minutes on every hole. At hole 7 our cart died and had to wait for a new on to be delivered but no problem because we were to backed up to hit anyway. After completing the first 9 the snack bar closed early because of a wedding so there was no place to buy a beverage, the dining room was also closed for the wedding. After 4 hours we had only completed 14 holes were still waiting as 6 teams out trying to finish their game. after 5 hours we had only completed 15 holes of golf and 4 teams were unable to finish because of darkness. One group of guys were from Europe and had booked 3 months prior. They told me that teams did not get to play the previous day so they worked them in and that they waited 10 minutes on each hole. Like us they were unable to finish their round. The club house was closed so there was no reimbursement or apology for overbooking the course. The course is in a nice neighborhood and the club house is beautiful with great food but the course is not challenging. We have played this course in the past and it was overbooked before but not this bad. Great place for a wedding, but forget the golf, better coursed in Orlando like Harmony which is always well ran and a better course.

“Nice Course, Poor Management”
Reviewed February 21, 2014

The course was nice, however the facility is very poorly managed. I went on their website and made a tee time for myself and my two sons. We showed up at 6:30am for a 7:08 tee time and I informed the person at the counter that I was checking in for myself and 2 juniors. He insisted that because I booked online, he could not give me the junior rate and I would have to pay the full rate for my 2 boys. That is ridiculous because we played 36 holes a day at different courses all over Orlando, all booked online and every one of them changed the rate to junior rate for the boys. Anyway, we played 18 holes and went to have lunch before our second 18. The sign on the restaurant door said they were open at 11am, but the door was still locked at 11:20 and this was a crowded Saturday. Strike two. Went back in the pro shop and bought some range balls to hit between rounds. Out on the range, we started talking with some other people and all of them had range balls included with their 18 hole round! We payed for 36 holes and then payed another $16 for range balls. After we had finished our second round, we went in to use the restroom. The custodian was just finishing up and coming out of the door with a mop and pail. We could not believe how dirty he had left the restroom. It was very clear that all he had done was move the dirt and grass clippings around on the floor without any attempt made at picking them up. It was extremely dirty. It's too bad because the course is nice, but it is clear on every level that this facility is lacking proper management. With so many other really good facilities in the area, you would think that the management would want to be on top of their game, but they are not. We won't be back.

Played a round here recently. Course was in excellent shape, staff was friendly, price included greens fee, cart, range balls and lunch. Midday play on a weekday was not crowded and we finished in about 4 1/2 hours. Multiple tee boxes allow most golfers to play to their ability and enjoy the round. Would recommend this course to any one looking for a relaxing round on a fair course.

Great design, excellent condition.... Fabulous clubhouse, fine pro shop. Quality service. Some outstanding holes particularly eighteen. Back nine the highlight without doubt.
