The 3 levels in the townhome were perfect. Everyone had room and privacy. Main level was up one flight of stairs. Grocery store, great lunch place with outdoor seating walking distance. Pool area fabulous. Walking path around a lake behind the property was perfect for morning walks and fresh air. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Let me start out by saying that this condo is new, well furnished and clean. With 3.5 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms we all had enough room to spread out and enjoy some alone time after days at theme parks where the press of humanity was overwhelming at times.
FYI- although the pool area is large, it is in no way as large as the picture suggests. We were there during spring break time so, I recognize that the volume of people may have been at its maximum, but the pool situation was very, very frustrating for us. Although all of the written materials indicate that towels for the pool were available, we were told we weren't "on the right side" to get towels!? Apparently there are 2 sets of condos in the complex with 2 separate processes. Upon check out, I mentioned this and the representative was very apologetic. The other pool issue was related to what I will call 'Pool Etiquette'. While we were there, large groups were traveling together and monopolized the deck chairs. We watched people leave towels on chairs for hours and realized they weren't actually in the pool area (we knew this because they left and returned with beach bags, toys etc while leaving their towels on chairs presumably to save them). perhaps in the future the management can include pool rules with the check in materials.
All in all this was a great location and a comfortable condo.
If you are traveling with folks that cannot navigate stairs this is probably not the place for you. Although there is a handicapped accessible room and bathroom on the main level, the living area is on the second floor. There are quite a few stairs in the condo.
