Plenty of space rented 3 bdmr townhome had 6 adults one child. The pullout couch was one of the worst I have seen (and most aren't great). Son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The kitchen was well equipped if you were on an extended stay. Liked the fact that there were 3 floors so you could have your own space. The only complaint carpets need to be replaced a lot of stains on them, Pool area was nice with a few arcade games for kids. Close to Universal and Disney with a 24 hour Walgreens within walking distance and a Publix across the street. Would stay here again.

I stayed here with two friends as we attended a local conference. Was so nice for each of us to have our own bedroom, a full kitchen and living room. I found it much more relaxing than being in a hotel. Was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Would definitely recommend it for those traveling for business or pleasure to the Orlando area.

First the good:
Large space. Great for family. We love renting homes when we travel and this was just as good as we had plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had their own bedrooms.
Price was excellent.
Location was excellent.

Not the bad (actually horrible)
Toilets don't flush. It was obvious by the signs in the bathrooms that this is an ongoing problem. Basically the plungers in the bathroom were the only way to get the toilets to flush. Called maintenance twice then the other toilet did the same thing.
AC. Barely works. Again the sign in the room said don't expect it to get below 72 degrees. I don't need it to be a meat locker but it was very warm in the room and we stayed their in January, can't image what it's like in the summer.
This was advertised as a 4 start hotel. Furniture was poor quality. Place was falling apart. I would say it was more like a 2 star. Maybe 2.5 because they were so large.

Nice place. Good layout, plenty of space - great for big families or a foursome on a golf outing. Good location. But the furnishings are well past in need of replacing. The couch and love seat cushions offered no support. We had to put pillows under them to avoid sinking down to the floor. The seating around the dining table looked and felt cheap. The worst however, we're the beds and linens. The mattresses offered no support and the sheets, although clean, were very rough, like sleeping on sandpaper. The towels were also old and scratchy. Despite these complaints we still give it 4 stars and would probably go back. But next time we'll bring fabric softener and wash everything first. The price was right. We liked the balcony, easy parking, and walking/jogging path. One more thing, there was no deadbolt on the door that the inside occupant alone could control. The doors open via a touch keypad on the outside. A maintenance worker intruded unannounced which proved to be quite upsetting. The staff was great about it and apologized, but I could see this happening again.

I found Vista CAy outstanding, and a perfect solution for families visiting Disney and Universal parks. Located close to both, easy access. Simple check in/out; clean, ample and confortable apartments and rooms. Great facilities. Excellent maid service. Everything worked without a single problem.

We're here this week 5-18 jan 2013.. This place is everything you could want from a base to visit all theme parks/shopping/eating. The suites are large 3bedrooms in ours full amenities for cooking etc also has a washing machine & dryer.. "who wants to cook &wash on their holidays"..I hear ya !! & I would have said the same thing..however when u get back shattered from your parks u can decide to pick up a Chinese or pizza or get some stuff from the publix supermarket round the corner & have it the peace of your own suite..fab if you've got kids who are beyond tired &want to munch & sleep! No need to pay out in restaurants if they're not going to enjoy it. There is a lovely club house (no bar ) &great pool also a jacuzzi (85degreesF) you can take your own beers &food to this area if u want..great & no hiked prices!! We flew with Thomson & James the rep is lovely we only met him at the airport but he wrote a personal note to us telling us how to get to vista cay &we also had a note when we arrives welcoming us..we could have gone to a meeting but we told him we wouldn't be going..mickey mouse was calling!
