We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children, spending a day at Universal during spring break. We got a table right away- they don't take reservations but if you get there around 5:30pm, you should get a spot no problem. The service is friendly and fun. The food is delicious- my kids ate popcorn and tempera shrimp and someone had the gumbo, which was a nice non-fried alternative. A little pricey, but good quality food conveniently located at Universal. I would not make a separate trip just for the restaurant, but if you are at Universal, it makes sense.
