My family just took our Spring Break in Orlando Florida in March. We have been staying at Floridays for about four years and this was our forth stay there. We keep coming back to this resort because it is the most comfortable and practical “home away from home” when visiting the theme parks and attractions in Orlando. The first thing that impressed me was how clean and fresh our two bedroom suite was when we arrived. The staff does a very consistent job in preparing the suite for the next set of guests. I was thinking Floridays was going to start to get run down. Well, this visit showed us that the suites continue to be well maintained and cared for. The housekeeping staff visits the suite daily to replace towels & paper goods, make the beds and take out the trash.
As you can see from the other reviews, Floridays provides fully furnished two or three bedroom apartment type suites that are nicely decorated and well equipped. Two full bathrooms, nice sized living and dining areas, and a full sized granite kitchen with an island. This set-up suits our approach to theme park touring the best. We prepare homemade breakfasts in the suite before heading out early for the parks. We enjoy shopping for groceries at the Publix supermarket just half a mile away; and we usually stock-up for the week the day we arrive. We alternate eating dinner out at the local restaurants with home cooked dinners in the suite for healthy, relaxing and economical dining. There is a Benihana next door, and it is recommended to reserve your table a day ahead.
Floridays has very nice resort amenities for the days we don’t hit the parks. We have been here often enough that we alternate park days with resort days for actual vacation relaxation. The main swimming pool is massive, and has a series of water features and zero entry that gives the kids the at the beach feel. The main pool is usually packed with kids from morning until dark. The kids are friendly and well behaved in and around the pool, and our son made friends easily. There were big bins full of fresh dry towels available at all hours. There is a second smaller and quieter pool at the back of the property. The café seems to have renovated its menu, and added gourmet pizza to compete with the numerous local pizza delivery operations. Overall we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Floridays. We will definitely come back again. The only minor annoyance is the 11:00 AM check-out time, and the reminder knocks from the housekeepers.

My family loves this hotel condo. We have stayed here for the last 4 years in April for a week. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The laundry is great and we love having breakfast on the outdoor terrace. Great location on international drive - easy to get to Disney, Seaworld, shopping, restaurants, Tampa and Cocoa Beach. The pool is awesome - great area for the little ones with shallow water and nice water features and a large area for the older children, too. There is a DJ with music and games during the day and even a sand area. Towels are provided although they do run out sometimes. The bar next to the pool makes fruit smoothies that the kids love.

Room Tip: We like rooms overlooking the pond across from the pool.

Stay went without a hitch! Everything was as promised.....Room was comfortable and well-cleaned and attractive. Location was a bonus, convenient both to Universal Studios and Disney, as well as to shopping and restaurants. Publix is only 1 block away so it is easy to stock up the refrigerator. Outlet mall is a short drive also. Only improvement would be more equipment in the exercise room. We had a hard time getting a machine....2 treadmills, 1 cross-trainer and 1 bike is not much equipment for a property of this size. Overall, a really good resort at a really good value! Would definitely stay again!!!

We stayed for one night only in a 2 bedroom suite. Excellent room- clean and spacious with all the kitchen amenities and a full fridge. Really don't have a bad word to say!

We traveled on a last minute trip to Disney with 4 children under the age of 4. My husband was arriving at 9pm from the airport, but me and my children met my parents earlier around 2:30. The room was perfect- 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, balcony, etc. The staff brought up two cribs and a high chair. The room was clean, the pool area is ideal for young children (a gradient slope for kids to walk in as they please), the hotel bar offered food at a reasonable price and there was a Starbucks. There is a Walgreens, a publix, Dominoes, a 7-11, and an Outback literally within a mile. Very convenient to stock up on food and baby stuff. My husband needed a taxi which they arranged for 4:30am Monday and it was right on time! The concierge is Wonderful! He helped us get a Princess luncheon at Disney immediately and we booked within 24 hours.
The service was great at the hotel, we did feel bad since we felt the bar/food area was under staffed since it took over an hour to get an order of chicken fingers, but we did go at prime time.
Our only constructive thoughts would be the Shuttle service and cleaning crew. The shuttle is punctual, right on time, courteous, and expedient, but I think they need more times to come home since sometimes they get booked quickly. With the cleaning staff, we left for Disney at 8am and arrived back at 3. We called 3 times for them to clean the room but they never arrived until 4 (while I was there with 4 kids under the age of 4). They made the beds and left. They did not wipe down any countertops or tables. I found them at the next room and asked for cleaner. So the woman proceeded to show me how to use the degreaser and pillowcase to clean the counter and tabletops and bathroom counters.
They again have so many guests and that is probably why the cleaning crew is so busy!!!
Wonderful stay and miss it already! Would stay again. Oh and the AC works so incredibly well!!! Bring a sweater!
