This restaurant can best be described as hippy does bar-b-que and other good food. The way this small restaurant works is you stand in line and give the person at the register your order. When it is ready they call your name and you return to pick up your food and sit down. If you have several people eating I would suggest having one stake out a table as the seating inside in the air conditioning is limited. They do have outside seating in back with fans. Don't forget there are stairs to an upstairs area. Now lets get to the food. This quirky restaurant serves some mighty good eats. The ribs and the sauce that comes with them are great. The sandwiches are large and are also very good, from pulled pork to turkey, it's all good. They also have some interesting salads and we have never had a bad meal here. I would suggest going to their web-site and looking at the menus to get an idea of what you would like. Like I said the line to order can get mighty long. The restaurant is housed in an old 2 story wood frame store that was once the main place to shop in Gotha. Plenty of character here ! As a matter of fact after parking keep an eye out for the chickens that seem to roam free around the grounds. The kids love them. A word about parking, there are only 3 spots directly in front of the restaurant but plenty in the rear and directly across the street. Try the dog, it's good food served in a historic building by some modern day hippies. What can there be not to like ?
