Unfortunately this review is not the one I wanted to post after our holiday but it’s the truthful view I have after staying here. This is a very beautiful place to stay with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants look very inviting although we didn’t eat here only at 18 monroe street . Pools are very good having 3 to choose from, the lap pool being the quieter. The grounds and golf course are amazing and the views over them. So here is the major fault this hotel has. Booking very large groups of teenagers. We managed 4 normal holiday days enjoying the hotel and everything it had to offer. Then the very large group of teenagers arrived at least 200 if not more and everything changed. They took over the pools, the grounds, the eatery, corridors and lifts. We felt like prisoners in the hotel as we could not get away from the noise and ignorance of these children. They filled the pools causing so much noise and bad behaviour we could not enjoy them and not only us but families where pushed out by them. It was disgraceful behaviour by them and lasted all day until midnight. We where on the 12 floor and could here them all the time. No one was controlling them and I feel this is part of the hotels job to make sure everyone was enjoying their holiday not only the large groups. Our last night was horrendous the noise from the pools was like a pack of wild animals until midnight and after two complaints to security who said they would deal with it it was obvious they didn’t even show their faces until the pool closed at midnight. If security can’t even deal with teenagers what would happen if something serious happens in the hotel. This gave me huge concerns about poor the security is in this day and age. No apologies where offered to us about this behaviour that totally ruined our holiday there as we didn’t know what we would face every day. Yes I know it’s a convention centre as well as a hotel but it looks like the small paying customer doesn’t count or have a say about peoples behaviour. As I said at the start of this wasn’t supposed to be the review I was looking forward to post. Hopefully management read this and learn from it as at the moment I wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend. So unless you are sure who is staying in the hotel during your time there stay somewhere else. Half of our holiday was ruined by the hotel and staff.

We had the pleasure of spending seven nights here recently and I honestly can't find fault with anything.
This is a massive hotel with very large conference facilities which were being used while we were staying but the staff coped fantastically and the level of service and attention to detail were not impacted.

Great service and always with a smile which made our day.

I can't find anything negative to say about our stay and we look forward to returning very soon.
