“Fantastic, Fun, & Unique!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

My boyfriend and I decided to try Raglan Road for dinner one evening while on our Disney trip. It was a Friday night, about 8:00 with no reservation. As we approached the restaurant, there was music playing and the Irish Step Dancers were stepping outside the entrance. What a great way to draw customers in. There is open seating at the bar, which were all filled. We only had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table, which went by quickly-there is a store to look through and an outside music area.
We were seated to the side of the main stage. I wish we could have been seated in the main area more, we would have loved to be in the middle of the activity. If you want a quiet dining experience, skip this restaurant; you should expect the restaurant to be noisy. The entire time there was always something going on- step dancers on stage and the middle table, live music performances, and they brought children up to learn an irish dance. The whole time we enjoyed the shows as much as the meal.
Even though the restaurant is on Disney property, like the other restaurants, it is not Disney-owned but followed Disney prices. We expected to spend the money, which was worth it. My steak was delicious, my boyfriend raved about the beef. Drinks are expensive, again as expected, but still yummy. Our waitress Melinda was friendly and helpful, easily able to answer any questions we had. We did not feel rushed at all, and enjoyed the performances after we paid our bill. After we left, we stood outside to listen the other Irish band performing in the garden area.
Next time we visit Disney, we will bring the entire family with us. This is such a unique dining experience unlike any other restaurants in Downtown Disney. If you are comfortable with the ambiance, you will not be disappointed.

“My Wife's Favorite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

We stopped by for dinner after a movie and the wait was very short. The staff was great and very nice and made great suggestions. The food was just as great as the service. The price was on par for the type of restaurant that it is and you get plenty of food for the money. I felt that this was a wonderful dining experience.

“I was pleasantly surprised”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

The place has very nice ambience, with frequent dance and music shows that make the experience quite amusing and fun.
The service was great, and so was the food. We had the portobello burger, and the salmon, which were both great. They have a decent selection of beers that will cater for all tastes.
It is not cheap, bit then again, it is Disney.
If in Downtown Disney, this is a great option.

“Overrated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014 via mobile

Been to Raglan road before on the Disney dining plan this time we paid cash. Previous visit was 2 years prior thought it was noisy, food was ok but prices were shocking. Nothing has changed same menu same loud atmosphere slightly more expensive prices. Food was overcooked & huge portions. Service was good but no ambiance unless you like Irish music & dancing at full volume making conversation impossible. Don't think we will go back as once you've been it will be the same next visit

“Best food in Downtown Disney”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

We go every Orlando visit. Can't beat the live music and dancing. Fab atmosphere. No better food in Downtown Disney. Beers are pricey (not true pints, either), but worth it. Never had a bad meal. Sit in the bar area if you don't want to wait for a table. And you WILL wait, even with a 'reservation'. Love this place!!
