What a fun and delicious meal. There was live music and Irish dancers performing as we enjoyed our meal. For the Appetizer we had the Scallops...WOW...entrees one of us had the Fish & Chips (but with Onion Rings) and the other had the Chowder...both were amazing...but for dessert we shared the Bread & Butter Pudding...ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL!!!! The staff was very knowledgable of the menu and everything was very clean!!! We were very pleased with our meal and the atmosphere.

During our trip we had dinner & lunch at Ragland Road. Dinner was very good there was music and dancers we got great seating in the main dinning room. Our party shared the Scallop Forrest - Georges Bank scallops in a golden batter served with citrus lime dipping sauce & sweet chili jam- yum yum , Kiss Before Shrimp – Pan seared shrimp in a garlic & chili lemon butter sauce with sliced baguette.- ok nothing special would not order again, Luscious Tart - Grilled asparagus and mushrooms, mixed greens, grape tomatoes & shaved parmesan on a warm caramelized red onion puff pastry tart delicious but small as appetizers
For main entree I had It's not bleedin' Chowder! - fresh cuts of seafood & potatoes in a white wine infused cream broth,my sister had the salmon whith maple glaze and my brother in law had the Shepherd’s Pie all were very good. The Ger’s Bread & Butter Pudding is Like no other pudding you have ever tried. We came back 2 days later for a late lunch and it was ok they sat us in the patio courtyard and I guess our waiter was switching shift for it took 15 min to get service and 45 min to get served the food came out cold . Dinner was 5 ✯ lunch 2 ✯ bread pudding 5✯ so I will give it
4✯ My advice make reservations or drop by for just dessert , drinks and ambience.

Been here a couple of times and the food never disappoints. Have had shepard's pie, bangers and mash, fish and chips. All great. The drink menu is also great. Love the shop attached to this as well and the entertainment is really good and fun.

I really like the concept and atmosphere of the restaurant. We went to lunch with some family around 2pm so it would not be busy. The food was tasty but I think a bit overpriced for the amount served. The service was also not the quickest for a slow time of day. If you like beer, be prepared to pay a hefty price for some of them-one of them cost almost $20, though it was an extra large bottle-but a bit crazy in price, I thought....but I am not a beer drinker. The kids meals were quite expensive as well-over $12 each (some are higher). Good tasting food but be prepared to pay.

This is a popular Irish style bar which serves food. The drink is varied and even had Newcastle Brown Ale on tap. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was fine but not outstanding.

The atmosphere is the main plus. There is a regular display of Irish dancing which was excellent. It involved some competition and involvement of the audience.
I left there with a fantastic feeling of enjoyment. It is an ideal place to stop off on a night out. We even had a drink outside which was a relief from the heat in the pub. This area also had live music. You can't fail but enjoy here.
