This resort is the best resort/hotel our family has ever stayed at! There is so much to do here. The pools are wonderful and our kids loved the poolside activities. The rooms were very nice, clean, and kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Great location! Would recommend this resort to everyone! Also the staff is wonderful. My son forgot his Beats ( $300 headphones) in the room when we left. Housekeeping turned them in to lost and found and they are mailing them out today! What a relief! We plan to go back next yr!!

Great choice! Awesome rooms, friendly staff, and tons of children activities for the kiddos! Just wish the steam room worked!! Great drinks with awesome hamburgers! Plenty of swimming pools with a water side and kids pool. #loveit

We arrived with two tired kids that were immediately given snacks, drinks, and ballon animals. That made for a much better check-in experience. We had a first floor condo, 2 beds/2baths full kitchen and laundry. A great part is a fully screened in porch (no bugs!) with table and chairs, perfect for eating take-out pizza after a busy orlando day. Our condo was completely up-dated. It has a kitchen that you can actually use, not just a little kitchenette. The unit we were in was handicap assessable so one of the baths had a walk-in shower instead of a tub, that was great for us, and easier for the kids. The pool was just outside our condo but being off season it was not loud or busy. It was heated and partially indoors which was very nice for relaxing at the end of the day. The bar next to the pool closes early and is a little pricey. The other pool is towards the front of the complex and looks great, water-slides, paddle boards, volleyball, and lots of other fun activities. I wish we had time to go to it also. That pool is not heated. Even though it's Florida, it was to chilly at night to swim with little ones. We stuck to the heated one in back of the complex. When we go back we will plan a day to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

Room Tip: Building 3 is next to heated pool, better for off season/cooler weather travelers. Very quiet and relaxing in October.

This resort is breathtaking; absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and airy, very clean. The pool area is excellent. You will most definitely enjoy staying here; not only because of how beautiful it is but also because of its great location. The only two things that I do have to give it two thums down are the following: Customer service is very poor, staff needs to be a lot friendlier; and, check in time is too late (4pm) and check out time (10am) is too early. Besides that, it was a great experience and will definitely go back!

We are Bluegreen owners and this is our second stay at The Fountains. It's very nice, very clean, and the staff was good. I do not recommend staying there during the 4th of July holiday. It was extremely crowded and I walked around the pool for a long time before finding a chair- and it's a very large pool! Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
