We are always surprised at how much we like the food here (considering some of tho other places we've eaten at disney). We've had both lunch and dinner and really enjoyed both. I always try to make our reservation approx an hour and a half before a parade. Usually we can walk out right after eating and sneak into a good spot to watch.

We were not expecting the tasty meal we had. Turkey, roast beef and roast pork are all served family style with excellent stuffing, mashed potatoes, fresh french-cut string beans, mac and cheese and salad. We eat in NYC often - so we were not expecting such a level of good meats and sides. The dessert of a good quality vanilla ice cream and a pond cake were also good. Only drawback was not way to order a ny wine or beer.

First, the one negative is the price, which is about $40 per person age 10 on up. Of course it is Disney but still more than we were expecting. I guess this is because our children eat very little in the way of justifying $40 for each of them. That aside, our family enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food at this restaurant. The food is basically buffet, but served to your table in a Thanksgiving style. You can get additional food brought to your table at anytime (included in the price), but note, you cannot take any leftovers with you. Our 12 year old daughter loved the food choices too! We had salad and rolls, followed by a platter of turkey, pork loin, and brisket (or steak strips maybe), mashed potatoes, mac n cheese (wasn't really great for homemade mac n cheese), sauteed mixed veggies, green beans, and gravy. We actually tried to save room for dessert and it was great! An apple spiced cake with craisins that was warm and topped with vanilla ice cream was a perfect end to a very yummy meal! Our server was a sweet lady who did a great job!

We've been dining at liberty tree since my first visit to disney thirty years ago. I was twelve. As kids, we loved the honey butter and apple butter, but didn't appreciate much else. But mom loved it and insisted we dine there every visit. Over the years I've seen it falter through the stouffer years and improve vastly to the great disney dining experience it is today. The entire family now thoroughly enjoys dining here. We always get the short ribs, which are a huge portion and delicious. We also love the desserts. A trip to Disney would not be complete without a visit to the ole liberty.

We always visit this restaurant at least twice during our visits to the Magic Kingdom. Love the service and the food, and it is great to escape the heat and relax after a busy morning at MK. We book before we leave the UK, and always reserve the table for 12.30pm, have never been in the evening. My 9 year old granddaughter loves coming here - she has an adult meal, as she is not keen on the childs menu. We didn't have to wait to be seated, and were taken straight to our table. We had a great waitress, very friendly, and she took our drinks order - we all had pink lemonade (delicious!!), which is refillable. We skipped the starter, 2 of us had chicken pasta (very large, so you need a big appetite!!), two turkey dinners (yummy), and one fish and chips (my son-in-law had this, and I liked the look of it so much I had it the next time we came!!). Three of us had 'oohey, gooey' toffee pudding, one of us had a fruit crisp with blueberries, and I was so full, I couldn't manage a dessert!! Bill came to $140 - a great meal, and good service.
On the next visit, one of our party had the burger,(he said it was a bit too well done for his taste) and one had the pot roast (he loved it and would definitely have it again).
Try this place, you wont be disappointed imho.
