We like the Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch or dinner when visiting the Magic Kingdom. We had dinner there on our 30th wedding anniversary last week. The hostess, Laura, was the sweetest cast member we met while we were there. The food is served family style with large plates to serve the number of guests. It starts off with a delicious fresh salad with some yummy vinaigrette dressing. The main course is a plate of turkey, beef and pork slices with a scoop of stuffing in the center. Other plates contained mashed potatoes, green beans, mac n cheese, and a root vegetable dish that was so good we asked for more. Of course it is all you can eat. The dessert was a little fruit cake with vanilla ice cream on top. After our meal, the hostess, Laura brought us a gift which was a Liberty Tree Tavern glass mug to commemorate our anniversary. Very sweet and much appreciated.
