Good option for those with picky eaters, although somehow we still couldn't satisfy every member of our group! It's a good choice, but beware it can get pretty loud. I enjoyed this place more years ago than on this visit.

If you have the chance to eat here, and they are serving the Pumkin and Squash soup, ask for a taste. I'm pretty sure you'll like it. We thought this soup was delicious! This food court area inside The Land are of EPCOT offers a wide variety of food types. It's a nice place to eat to avoid the typical fast food choices. Our food here was quite tasty!

This place was recommended to us by the hostess at Disney's Coral Reef the 1st time we tried to walk up without reservations for lunch ...(The next day we succeeded but this review is about the Sunshine Seasons) ..She said it was her favorite place in the park when she wanted to grab a bite and I definitely see why. Put this place at the top of your list if you don't have reservations someplace else and you want a delicious and relatively inexpensive meal. It's situated in the Land Pavilion on the 1st level (you have to go down the stairs or escalaors) to the 1st level and it is kind of tucked away and hidden.

They describe it as a food court and it kind of is, but this is not your average Mall food court. The variety of food served here is amazing: Asian stuff like Mongolian Beef - with vegetable fried rice..Spicy Cashew Chicken - with vegetable stir-fry noodles (Delicious though pretty spicy)...Sweet and Sour Chicken - with Jasmine...Sushi etc. You can also get side dishes like: Garlic Udon Noodles, Stir-fry vegetables rice & broccali etc.

Their Soups and salads are really big and you can order half orders (which I did) that are still really nice size to go along with another entree. Items include chicken or shrimp Ceasar salad, Seared Tuna Noodle Salad, Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese Salad - with Honey Sherry dressing plus more.

The Grill is where they really shine with items like; Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken - with black beans and yellow rice, Oak-grilled Fish - with seasonal vegetables, Slow-roasted Pork Chop - with cheddar mashed potatoes and BBQ sauce.

The Sandwiches are also really really good. They all come on artisinal breads with choices like; Sandwiches Reuben Panini - with a side of chips, fries, or slaw..Turkey and Monterey Jack on Ciabatta with Chipotle Mayonnaise & a side...Oak-Grilled Vegetable Flatbread Sandwich - with a side.

We were staying close by EPCOT at the Disney Swan for 8 days with Hopper passes so we were in EPCOT a lot either during the day or in the evenings. Although we were there during the Food & Wine Fesitval Sunshine Seasons Sunshine Seasons was one of our go to stops when we wanted to grab a quick tasty bite to eat without having to wait for a table.

We can never experience any other dining options in Epcot because we always find ourselves at Seasons.. They have a huge variety of entrees and snacks.. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great! Maybe one day, we will have the heart to say "no" to Season's and try another restaurant in Epcot....or maybe not! :)
