We arrived early for our 7:20 reservation to find a packed waiting area, and were told we'd be seated "soon" which is apparently 35 minutes. Our expectations were dropping with every minute we stood waiting in the cold, but once inside, it felt a world away from the craziness of Epcot. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The live musicians and belly dancer were entertaining (although perhaps the reason for their inability to maintain reservation times - the dance was long so if people stay to watch, it would easily add 10 minutes to their schedule). During our entire meal, we only saw her dance once so I can definitely see that some people might extend their dinner to see it. Not sure what to tell you except to make reservations, go early, and be prepared to stand. They don't have pagers, either, so you have to listen for your name... A little old school, don't you think? I say get some pagers, add more dances, and the wait for reservations problem is solved!
