So many choices so little "thyme". Chef Trina is amazing. I've had breakfast, lunch, brunch and bakery goods. All are deeellllissious. She makes an Earl Gray scone. Yes, real tea leaves inside. Try the mac & cheese. And the meatloaf sammy with a schmear of mashed potatoes. Or the chicken salad...or the bread pudding--vegan style. Or her pies...or her breakfast specials. Oh, heck. Try everything. Go with a friend and share tastes. Do watch your times, though. Sundays around noon and weekdays are crazy busy. Small seating area and a small parking lot but there's always a way to find a place to put the car and the bod somewhere. No excuses. Go there!

I've visited Se7en Bites Bake Shop three times and have never had anything less than a delightful experience. Everyone goes for the heavenly meatloaf sandwich (proprietor Trina Gregory-Propst's Grandmother's recipe) but, the real magic lies in the breakfast dishes. I dove right into The Southern which features an egg in a ham cup inside a pimento smeared biscuit blanketed in bacon and the cheesiest grits I've ever had. Pure. Fat kid. Heaven. So cheesy and comforting and rewarding. The 7Benedict is also a must-have. The hollandaise is the creamiest I've tasted and the herbs that garnish it give it a perfect earthy flavor to compete with the salty bacon and silky poached eggs.

If you're still not catatonic after breakfast, end the meal with an Orange Blossom Iced Tea and one of the best scones you'll ever eat. My favorite are the Raspberry Rose Water (with mini chocolate chips!). I also recommend a slice of whatever monolith cake they're displaying - the honey pistachio layer cake with a goat cheese butter cream frosting was beautiful!

It's so good to have a breakfast spot and bakery that ISN'T an IHOP overflowing with drunk people. It feels bright and cheery and I've never experienced bad service. Se7en Bites is a neighborhood gem that's connecting it's patrons with sugar, spice and everything nice displayed on galvanized steel cake stands. Old school comfort in modern downtown Orlando.

My twin sister took me here for lunch to celebrate our birthday. Wow - so many delicious (and unique) baked goods to choose from. But the hit was the meatloaf sandwich with potato "schmear". The employees were friendly & helpful. You've gotta check this place out! You won't regret it.

First visit today but definitely not the last! Had the breakfast caprese sandwich. What a wonderful surprise. Melted mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, prosciutto, pesto, and an egg with the yolk perfectly cooked so only a little ran into all the other goodness - all on a dark bread. A mouthful of perfection! Can't wait for next visit.
