“GREAT SHOW!!!”
Reviewed May 6, 2011

My wife and I attended the Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show in Orlando a couple of weeks ago and would go back anytime!

This is an interaction show for the young and old, with a great acting. We were seated in the front row (really doesn’t matter where you sit) and had a wonder time. The actors made it a point to interact with everyone at one point or another.

Dinner was great along with the service, we were never kept waiting for anything.

There were several kids I would say five and up that were laughing right along with the adults.

We have some good pictures, but the MB is to high for this sight... Sorry

This is a must see show….

“Entertaining and excellent prime rib”
Reviewed April 17, 2011

We went to Sleuth at the advice of a friend and definitely will return. The show was great and the food was excellent which is not always the case at some dinner theaters. Dinner was served by the wait staff so no buffet lines! We all had prime rib (there's an extra $3 for this selection) and it was very good. Before you're seated you'll go into the bar/gift show area. Drinks can be purchased at the bar but they are very pricey because they're served in a souvenir glass. We paid $53 for 3 mixed drinks and 1 beer. However, we were on vacation with friends and it was a very enjoyable evening.

“Good Fun, Food and Laughter, best Dinner Show”
Reviewed April 10, 2011

I have been to Arabian nights, Dixie Stampede, Pirate Show and Excaliber shows and we enjoyed this one the most. It's not cheesy, no songs, just a fun theatrical show with audience participation and a good meal to boot. It's not fancy and no reason to go early for their "free appetizers." That's a way to get you in to spend money on alcohol. The tables are preassigned anyway so it won't affect your seating. I doubt there is a bad seat because a pretty small venue. We were there on a Friday of Spring break and didn't sell out either. But room was about 80% full and a good crowd. If you try to use the coupon, you need to buy tickets at the door, which likely you can get and for $6.00 coupons easily available in coupon books or on line per person, this may be worth it. Tables seat 8-10 so be prepared to sit with others.

Food choices both good, prime rib and chicken (which they claim is cornish hen, tastes like chicken) both good and filling. Salad and rolls and good desserts means you will fill up and unlimited beer, wine and pop so don't fill up on the happy hour. I would arrive at 6:45 as they start to seat at 7:00 and you'll want to check in.

The mystery was fun, don't expect to win anything big. Lots of tongue in cheek humor and likely, the reason for death changes nightly. However, you can figure it out, one of the scenarios presented will be the reason. The actors are all professional, funny and remain in character. Our entire family wanted to go the next night but at $50+ per person, once is enough this trip. However, when we go back to Orlando next year, we will return. Shows rotate and our family rated this their top excursion on this trip. Should have saved the money on those Universal Studio tickets...

“Great fun!”
Reviewed April 5, 2011

We have been trying out all of the
Dinner theaters in the area during this rare orlando trip from Michigan and the show here was exceptional. the characters were very interactive and skilled at improv. The food was great and plentiful too, we had. The lasagna but everyone at our table seemed happy with their food too. We left smiling and very full, which I can't say the same about for the pirate show.

“Tally-No!”
Reviewed March 25, 2011

We attended the "Fox Hunt" mystery on 22 March 2011. There was myself, wife, and two teenage girls. They want you there early and it's not a big deal if your not. We arrived early like they said and you wait in the gift area and bar. They do have cheese, fruit, and little sandwiches to snack on (you better fill up on these). The drinks at the bar are very high priced (have some before you go at your place). Once you get in, your seated at a table with eight quests. They start you off with a salad, drinks, and rolls my wife did not like the dressing on the salad. The dressing is sweet tasting, not what I expected and apparently no other choices. Also they take pictures while your at the dinner table. The cost for the pictures are one 5 X 7, two key chains for a total of $20.00. Then the mystery started and after about an hour into it they serve you dinner. We were starved! The cornish hen was small and yam was hard along with the french green beans. It looked much better on the internet. It did take a while to get served also it was hard to get a refill. The dessert was good. On the one we attended I wouldn't recommend for children under 12. Some of the content was not for kids. Solving the mystery was ok and the actors are good (only four). Each table selects a spokes person and that person gets to ask one of the suspects a question. Then you write down on your sheet of paper on who you think the murderer is. Then they reveal who it is and it's over. They give some plugs for other shows coming up. You also have to tip your server. They recommended $10.00 a person. The servers were good. For the price we paid, the food should have been better and the salad, the dressing should be given other options, the dressing is very important if you like your salad.
