We have been to this Chevy's several times and have always enjoyed it. This time we went with our vegan daughter and her companion. It is sometimes hard to find a restaurant when we are with them but they had checked out the menu ahead of time and knew what they could get. We had the "Hat Trick" special which includes either a salad or soup, an entree and dessert. Excellent! It was only $12.99. Too much food. I had the chicken tortilla soup and my husband had a salad. Both were excellent. When it came to the entree we were so full on the delicious chips and salsa and our soups and salads that we took most of it to go. We had to save room for our fried ice creams dessert which we knew we couldn't take to go. The vegans in our party were very happy with their vegetarian fajitas. It really looked good. Lots of nice veggies including carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, portobella mushrooms, green beans and of course the usual peppers and onions. The vegetables were a nice cut. In fact I thought the mushrooms were meat. They ordered it without anything dairy. They were very happy with their selection. Our server was nice. Not as attentive as he could have been but ok. We definitely will go back when we are in the area and maybe we will have the vegetarian fajitas ourselves.
