Beaches and Cream is a must do stop for us when we make our annual trip to Walt Disney World. The servers wear pastel costumes in a 50s style, and the colors transform you back to the old fashioned icecream parlor. The burgers are best on Disney property, and the icecream is a must. The cones are huge, and the Kitchen sink, a concoction of varied icecream flavors, all the toppings, and a whole can of whipped cream is a messy and memorable experience. We did that once as a family....no one could finish it, and by the end it was a fun and drippy icecream soup.
The menu was just updated with higher prices, and some healthy choices, but the food is still good and less like the other fast food options in the park. It is a great place to get a cone on a hot day, (there is a takeout window) and a good place to grab lunch without a priority seating. If there is a wait, there is a fun arcade next door, and you can people watch at tables outside.
