“Daughter enjoyed more than the Princess breakfast”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

We did both Chef Mickey's and the Cinderella's Royal Table breakfasts, and my daughter seemed to enjoy this one more. This one was also less expensive than the Princess breakfast (though the Princess one did include a professional character picture, while you had to pay for one at Chef Mickey's).

Chef Mickey's seemed to have a more relaxed atmosphere. They also had a very extensive buffet. Food was quite good - they really had a nice selection. Staff was friendly.

The characters (Pluto, Goofy, Mickey, Minnie & Donald) all made their way around the tables. They spent about the same amount of time at the table as the Princesses had, though we didn't feel rushed at all (which we had a bit at the Princess breakfast).

“A great entertaining experience”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

Chef Mickeys is a show.
We always make a stop so that the kids can get up close with the characters who dance and come out throughout your breakfast.

Breakfast buffet is good but wide variety and you better be ready to eat. Make sure you have a later dinner if you do Chef Mickeys in the am.

Always a good time.

“No whining”
Reviewed January 29, 2013 via mobile

Come for the kids not the food. Characters made the rounds twice at the table during dinner. Grandson(4 yrs) loved it. Lots of kid food, all served buffet so there is no delay in putting food in their mouths. Yes everyone has a reservation and everyone waits 10-20 minutes, big deal. It is not, not fancy but great. Plenty of food choices. My best were sautéed mussels, pot au gratin, boeuf in wine gravy, outstanding planko chicken, and many more decent choices. Very tasty desserts ie mouse, cheesecake , ice creams. In the Contemporary Hotel it's a 15 minute walk from the Magic Kingdom making sense to dine there after the park and go back for the fireworks. You can also use the monorail but the walk is nice. I recommend this venue with an open mind and kids that want characters for photo ops and autograph book signatures

“Kids love it”
Reviewed January 29, 2013 via mobile

It is Disney so it is going to be completely overpriced! Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, goofy, & Donald do visit which get the kids entertained. It is a buffet stake extra food for the rest of the day, this meal makes it a full day. The biggest problem is they write everywhere tip shod be 18-20%, but it is a buffet

“Amazing Character Breakfast”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

While the food was typical expected buffet style the service was great. The experience was really enjoyable for the children given that all of the characters make it a point to visit each and every table. Well worth it.
