Great character experience without lines...service is just ok and food is a buffet...don't expect fine dinning.

The dinner food was amazing! The roast beef was like a wonderful prime rib. The characters were great! They come around to every table and meet the kids and take pictures. My 2 year old loves Minnie the most and was so excited to meet her. Minnie went for a quick "drink of water" (shift change) and never came back to our table. We immediately told our waitress who addressed it with the manager right away. We were assured that we would not be rushed to leave and Minnie would come back over to see her. We waited and when Minnie did come back, she gave our daughter a ton of special attention :) Lots of special hugs and kisses every time she walked by....it was priceless!!! We have the most amazing videos and pictures. I did not like that they tried to sell you a picture for $31, especially since it was a picture of all of us taken before the dinner with a Mickey statue (I mean really, a statue....we met the real Mickey 10 minutes later). All in all a GREAT experience. We arrived in town at 2pm and had reservations at 7pm. Perfect for the day or night you first arrive because you don't have to pay for park admission or parking and you can see all the Mickey friends :)

We had a great time at Chef Mickeys for breakfast on our trip last week. We really enjoyed the characters and the food was excellent. Next trip we are going to book reservations for breakfast again and maybe try dinner.

The character meal is probably the best in the entire Walt Disney World. Characters include Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and another who never made it to our table until after our departure.

The food is on the decline though. Less is placed on the buffet and the quality isn't what it once was. I have been having dinner and breakfast at this resort for the last ten years.

We always go to Chev Mickey's when we go to WDW. The character interactions are fun, and the food is pretty good. Sure, it is overpriced for what you get, but it's a fun time.
