We always go to Chev Mickey's when we go to WDW. The character interactions are fun, and the food is pretty good. Sure, it is overpriced for what you get, but it's a fun time.

Chef Mickey's is located inside Disney's Contemporary Resort and is a must if you have small children. Try to imagine through their eyes the joy of having Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie come around to their table to spend a little one on one time with them. It's a great opportunity to take pictures with the character's and if you think about it will save you some time from waiting in line to meet them in the park's.

The food is good! The breakfast buffet features eggs, pancakes, Mickey waffles, cereals, and breakfast meats among other traditional breakfast items. The service was also good and considering the restaurant was packed our server did a great job at keeping up with juice and coffee refills.

Reservations are pretty hard to make since it seems to be the most popular character breakfast at Walt Disney World so get to work early and make reservations as soon as they are accepted for your time of travel.

Fun time in WDW - we went for the dinner buffet, where we had lots of options, as well as the opportunity to make special requests of the kitchen due to some allergies of the other diners. The staff was very helpful in all cases.

The real star of this restaurant are the character interactions - the Fab 5 joins you as you eat. All in our party enjoyed it, and once the 5 arrived, everyone returned to another trip to the buffet and then on to the equally friendly dessert bar.

A must do if you are staying at WDW, just be sure to get a reservation as soon as you can (generally 180 days before your arrival).

Great place for good food and fun for children. Disney's characters are wonderful! However, is child is around 2 year-old the size of the characters may be scaring to the child. Otherwise older children will have fun shaking hands and getting autographs and pictures.

As I said food is delicious with a large selection and types of food. Cost is fairly high for a family of 5-6. Life only come once. Enjoyed and make memories for your children and grandchildren.

Have fun! We did!

When it comes to character dining, it doesn't get better than this. You get a chance to see all the main characters, have them sign your autograph books and allow for photo opportunties.
It's a buffet style dinner with lots to offer and food is very good quality. It's definately on pricey side ($200 for family of 5, 3 kids) but definately a must if you can afford. They take on-line reservations but you need to do so well in advance as seats fills up quickly.
