Booked this as a package to have seating in the reserved area for Fantasmic.
The food was very good - lots of choice
There was roast meats being carved
Also a lower area designed for kids with the type of foods they eat
Soft drinks were replenished throughout the meal
Desserts were great too!
We were there during an extremely busy time and the Fantasmic arena was full
Having tickets to the reserved area was necessary

We chose this restaurant for the 'play n dine' with the Disney junior characters for our sons 3rd birthday. We waited 20minutes past our reservation time, then we were sat around a table that only really comfortably sat 6 people,we were a party of 8. The waitress bought a round of drinks, and that was the only time we saw her until time for the bill.

There was plenty of food, but barely anything aimed at children, which was a bit off to say it was aimed at preschoolers. What food there was looked nice, but there wasn't much any of my family would eat. The character interaction was ok, but even though he had a birthday badge on no attention was given to it.

When the bill arrived we had automatically had a gratuity of $38 added because we were a party of 8-which we didn't know would happen, even when I arrived at the podium and gave my name and party size we weren't told this would automatically be added. This was disgusting as the only time we saw a server was when she brought 1 round of drinks and then the bill. No plates were cleared,no other drinks were brought round.

This meal cost us over $250 and it was the most expensive and worst meal we have ever had. I wish we'd gone elsewhere!!

We have been to the Disney parks many times and try to add a different restaurant at each visit. We went to Hollywood & Vine on this trip and probably will not return. We didn't enjoy the "cafeteria" atmosphere or the food.

The buffet food was good, the characters were fun. It seemed like certain characters came around more than others. It takes over an hour to see all of the characters, but our server didn't explain this at all like our server at the Crystal Palace did. It was still quite enjoyable and the kids loved it. Don't eat here if you're not on the dining plan unless you plan on paying over $100 for 2 adults and 2 children.

I have a gluten allergy and this buffet was excellent. I was able to eat over 75% of the food offered. The quality was superb! Price was a little steep, but that's typical in a theme park. $35 for adults and $22 for kids. Staff was very friendly!
