my wife and I had lunch here and had the filet with wild mushroom risotto so good steak cooked perfectly almost didn't need a knife. And the pretzel bread is a must

“Average Experience-Food Good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2013 via mobile

Made reservation months ahead of trip to Disney from Massachusetts. Food was good service good. Waitress did a lot if talking, but was attentive. Perhaps because we had alcohol. The peppercrusted filet was well cooked (Medium rare)
The veal tenderloin was just ok. Should have been served on the bone. Experience was good.

“Fabulous despite other reviews I read”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 14, 2013

My second time here and I ordered what the terrific waitress, Lauren, suggested...a tomato appetizer and filet minion. The steak was a marvel just wanted to close my eyes and savor. The tomatoes in the appetizer were raw, room temp and had a clear 'sauce' and were a taste delight. I asked for a soda in a wine glass and was first told the glass could not hold up to the ice but I persisted gently and Lauren came up with a lovely glass with my soda. AKA service was impeccable with Lauren and would suggest asking for her tables. Yes, it was expensive but I treat myself infrequently and this place is where I would do it over and over regardless of cost.

“Not worth the price”

Cheese soup with pretzel bread was very good. Poutine fries were very good. Steaks were average. Prolly wouldn't go again due to high prices for average food

“Not the greatest”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2013 via mobile

I've heard friends rave about this place. If you're a serious steak eater look at the menu before you go, it's very very limited. The steak was a step above mediocre at best. The bone-in ribeye was cooked to order, but didn't blow me away. Next time I'll keep my Shula's reservation, I think I'll be much more satisfied. For as busy as it was on Thanksgiving day, our waitress was friendly and attentive, maybe 3.5 stars, definitely not 4.
